Hardware wallet now supports altcoins in different chains, you can add other network when connect to a PC or through metamask, I presently use trust wallet and it's very safe but if you want the best then hardware wallet is what you definitely need.

I've been using Trust Wallet for years because I think Trust Wallet is one of those wallets that is easy to use and allows users to securely store crypto assets. In addition, Trust Wallet also offers many features and also low gas fees when making transactions.
Of course, trust wallets are the choice of many people for almost the same reason as what you said, which is easy to use and has strong security for the storage of assets owned.

I am currently using trust wallet now. Because the trust wallet is controlled by the private key face. Whereas creating password based on many words which is most likely to be hacked is less.Although now at present this wallet has given very good service so most of the people use this wallet.
And for your greater security you can use desktop hardware wallets. These wallets are very good which can give you double security. Chances of getting hacked are very low.

I only have one primary wallet where I keep my potentially valuable bitcoins and cryptocurrencies. I prefer not to use numerous wallets in order to save private keys correctly and prevent errors. For greater dual security, I utilize a hardware wallet as my primary wallet. instead of using a mobile wallet that could still be hacked or have malware added. and the users themselves are what determine security the most, thus it is up to us as users to be watchful and not overlook security.

I'm still new to cryptocurrency. so I don't know much. and the wallet I use is usually TrustWallet. I don't know if it's safe or not. but as long as I can keep the mnemonic Phrase and private key. then I'm a safe wallet.

Yes, that's right, a trust wallet is a medium that makes it easy for every user to transact, whether it's buying, sending, receiving, and depositing Bitcoin or other crypto currencies. Thus, I think many of us are using Trus wallet now.

For now I rely on trust wallets that I save on Android, I keep 12 keywords and I replace the first 3 words, middle and end in other words, then I take a photo and save on an email, if one day there is a problem, of course I still can Recovery easily and people who can hack my email will certainly not be easy to guess the 3 words I replace.
Yes for trustwallet I think there is no doubt and I'm sure everyone must have that wallet,
so far when using trustwallet for myself it's still safe and i hope it will continue,
what you do I think is almost the same as what I do

Exodus wallet is pretty cool to store your Altcoins, I have been using it since its existence and have had no complains. To store coins on exchange is risky for some reasons but also has some advantage. I had 100,000 Doge coin in cryptopia exchange but lost all asset after the exchange was hacked. One advantage of storing Altcoin in exchange is that if the project do a swap, it can automatically swap you token. I have not really tried any other wallet except exodus.
Not all exchange wallets are bad and have high risks like what happened with you, I have been using a Binance wallet for several years and I have not had any problems because Binance is among the most powerful exchange platforms in the crypto market, so it is okay to store your coins on exchange wallets provided that this exchange is strong and very popular, I also recommend the Trust Wallet and Atomic Wallet to store altcoins, as they are very popular and highly secure wallets, in addition to their simple and easy interface for the user.

Well, although binance is considered to be the most secure exchange today and has not experienced any problems such as being hacked by hackers, another risk you may face is sudden account freezing without any notice to the owner. I have seen many such cases. Such cases binance is also solved for the user, but the user suffers a heavy loss like the account is trading futures or you need to cash out when the market goes high but can't and after the problem is resolved, the market drops a lot. In general, there are many problems when storing assets on an exchange.

if you look at the appearance, even though I haven't tried it, the impression is the same as metamask. So it seems that everything ends up being returned to the individual they are using. because the habit of use also finally affects what has been used so far.
I am used to using metamask and I think this is the best, although it is possible that one day I will also use the same as metamask and obviously it is a trustwallet.

Yes, that's right, of course the wallet that we often use is the best wallet for storing altcoins, of course all the wallets that we use have strict security. I think wallets that have tight security are the best wallets so far and don't have to argue about that

same us mate I am using trust wallet too and overall I am satisfied because it will works well in my android phone and also I feel comfortable that my money are safe. And in case of emergency ill kept my recovery phrase in to a piece of paper and put in my cabinet to secure. I am not using my Gmail because there's a time that a hacker can hack our account so its better to secure than regret.

My favourites are Capital Wallet, Utrust, Trust Wallet and Coinbase. They offer solid security features which I guess is the top priority of every crypto hodler.

Well I keep all of my alt coins in trust wallet and have ever since it launched in 2017.  I feel compared to some others that it is much faster mobile wallet and I enjoy the slickness of the dapp browser it comes with.
Binance has always been my preferred Crypto exchange so when they bought Trust wallet I became more confident to keep my alt coin portfolio in trust wallet.

Throughout the years I have just been holding bitcoin and ethereum in a non-custodial wallet but now I have decided to diversify my portfolio.
There are a lot of potential altcoins out there and I have picked up a few. Storing altcoins on an exchange id obviously not the right thing to do.
While I know that hardware wallet would be the best place to store altcoins I want to know other options as well

exactly, it's so risky to keep your assets in the exchangers in the long term. The hardware wallet indeed is the best option for now. It's ideal actually.

1. For now, I have been thinking to store them on a non-custodial wallet but then again which wallet should it be ? My choice would be Exodus but let me know which one is best.
2. Would it better to store different altcoins in different wallets or decrease the hassle of maintaining different wallets and settle down with just one with all the coins

However, if you want to use the non-custodial one, I suggest using different wallets with different seeds or private keys. IMHO, In the crypto world, primarily related to security, the more hassle for you to keep it safe, the better. I mean to diversify your assets and diverse, your wallet will help when bad things happen. At least, it won't disappear simultaneously. I have several wallets with several addresses from trust wallet and imtoken, and each wallet from each chain like tronlink pro, LOBSTR, etc to diversify my assets. The most important thing, of course, is to secure the private key well.

I use the Exodus wallet because this wallet so far is very safe to use without any obstacles, especially since this wallet is software that can run on a cellphone or computer without a hitch. In addition, the Exodus wallet has a very good operating system. Indeed, there are many other best wallets that can be used to store bitcoin and altcoins. Therefore, do not choose the wrong wallet to store your crypto assets. Look for a wallet that already has legality and avoids the traps of fraudulent applications.

Trush Wallet and Metamask who do you thing the best one?
I think Trust Wallet and Metamask are two equally good wallets, they both have their own uniqueness. one of which is Trust wallet which allows users to explore more widely on different networks and metamask also has the advantage that it can be used on two android platforms and computers.
Currently Trust Wallet and Metamax Wallet are famous for ALT coins. It is very popular all over the world. They have multi access. There is no chance of hacking. They are built with maximum security. It has created a lot of popularity among people.

Trust Wallet is indeed very good for storing our altcoins, besides being very easy to use, Trust Wallet is quite safe than we store on exchanges.
I think storing altcoins on exchanges is more attractive to hackers, it's not surprising that so many exchanges have been hacked. Even Binance
was hacked, so indeed storing altcoins in Trust Wallet is safer. Besides Trust Wallet I also use Mycelium, because we anticipate if the wallet
we use is hacked, at least we don't lose all the altcoins we have. Because we store altcoins that we have in several wallets. No matter how good
the wallet's security features are, it can't guarantee 100% safe. So it is very important not to store the altcoins that we have in only one wallet.

Of course what you say here regarding the best wallets to use to store altcoins is correct, but I myself don't use many wallets except for the trust wallet that I use. because in my opinion using Trust Wallet makes it easier for us to make transactions without having to open a computer or laptop. this is the advantage in my opinion
