I am using this one http://icoscanner.io/ Very transparent no ads. Just one problem it is not always reacting in a right way to the stages of ICO. So when the 1 stage of ICO is over, website can tell that all ICO is over. But anyway - like this one.
Personally I like Smith and Crown, I think they are pretty stable.
Honestly I wouldn't look too much into ICO review sites as ICO's pay for the services to be on those websites. What I would do is look more closely into the ICO yourself or go to many ICO review sites and take an average.

Most of the projects are bullshit that create so-called shitcoins. I won't really trust promo materials of those ICOs. Before investing in something look closely at whitepaper, a team and project goals. If they seem trustworthy maybe it's good to invest, but there a few project like that.

Also search the team members and see what other projects they were involved in and if they were part of any public scandal. And finally see what is the hype that the project made on the forum. This is the way i`ve identified Electroneum and allready gave me a huge proffit.

check this out https://cryptorated.com/ico-reviews/ that website have full details about ongoing ICO, have analysis and else. But dont rely so much on website like that cause some of them maybe get paid for promoting ICO project. So make sure to make your own check before investing.
