Nobody said we were going to send you "evidence via email" as to how you abused our bonus rules... When a customer signs up at our site they agree to our terms and conditions including all bonus rules.. One of those terms is that we reserve the right to withold/reverse any bonuses and winnings in the event that we suspect bonus abuse.. please read this section of our T&C ...

"9.7 We have a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate play and fraudulent activity. We will have the right to withhold or otherwise decline or reverse any pay-out or winning amount(s) or amend any policy in the event that we suspect you are abusing or attempting to abuse any of the following: (i) bonuses; (ii) palp errors; or (iii) specific policy or rules determined in respect of an existing game or a new game. It is clarified that we may determine that such an abuse has taken place also if your activity in our Online Casino/Sportsbook, by itself, is not abusive, but your activities in other Online Casino/Sportsbooks in addition to our Online Casino/Sportsbook, taken as a whole, constitute such abuse of our bonuses, promotions, policies or rules."

Should such an instance occur, we have the right to reclaim any bonus amounts and winnings credited.

I tried playing with them and their support is quite good enough I need to inform the support before cashing out to approved my request.

This company has not sent me any evidence via e-mail in spite of their claims which of course is like I expected.

I'm looking into the casino today. This is the casino whose terms are vague, they offer 2 kinds of casino bonus, but one is general deposit bonus, the other is for VIP bonus, they don't claim the terms that the difference between them, and the difference between general user and VIP user.

Afaik they took down esports few months ago I asked support why they took it down and he said it was a business decision, I think this is to giveway to their esport betting website ggbook.eu

there are many DT members daily read that section, so they will give OP red trust, if OP really wants to be not negative trust, he will solve your case. I am sorry for your loss, this site looks not legit since I saw your helpless words.

Upon reading all three threads where this has been discussed it is clearly evident that Batballer is acting roque and should be avoided and punished.

They themselves told 30.01.2017 here that: "We had a tonne of accounts set up from Finnish players over the space of a few days. Every player bet the same amounts to reach €500 turnover, got their accounts verified and tried to withdraw their full balance immediately afterwards."

What a bunch of unprofessionals coming to forums to argue with players with nothing but self-made guesses. AVOID!

Speaking of an accusation of betting both sides of a match that can be easily checked out upon looking at my betting stats. That did never happen. I might have had same matches selected as others but that is not due to me knowing other members but purely because I used oddscomparison website which is legal right? I know this betting pattern only because of the discussion at the other forum where you also posted your accusation towards me and there you defined how you think I exploited you. When it comes to wagering only the minimum that can just be wise thinking as most people can use their brains.

It was not me who posted the link to your bookmaker to a local forum but a guy with nick name "bawdy"
He posted that link 22.1.2017 which can be confirmed. I created my account in the same forum with nickname "pelimies79" 30.1.2017 which can also be confirmed. The reason for this was to warn members of your unethical behavior. I found out about you via betbrain.com not this local forum. I have been acting totally independently when doing my wagers according to my best knowledge. Besides not all my wagers were 50 euro ones I had one smaller one as well but that should be irrelevant. Nevertheless ALL of these accounts are LINKED to one another and thus winnings and bonuses were forfeited. By the way we have more than substantial evidence as to how these accounts are linked..... and you just added to what we already had.
