My BetBaller account was locked for no reason? I haven't even logged in for a while now, and it wasn't locked last time. I didn't do anything suspicious either (just logging in, making the free NFL bet, withdrawing) and my withdraw from that was processed without a problem, so why is my account locked now? Username is DarkStar btw.

was finding a bitcoin book with football props and I saw the slow grading of cloudbet and long withdrawal time, people having issue on betcoin, directbet... I think I might stick with betballer. I hope I'm right about this

It's more of a 9X rollover, because it's deposit + bonus, but the bet you make before getting the bonus should count I think. They do have a cashout feature (you can withdraw your funds if that is what you mean), or cashout bets live in play. It's easily +EV, if you play it right (matched betting).

Apologies on the above, I thought you were referring to something different and wallet related on the 'cashout'. We have got cash-out in play on various events (on desktop). You can see the cash-out symbol beside any of the markets where this is offered.

Bets that are cashed out in play will not count towards rollover.

Still no cashout feature but we are thinking about it as few of our customers already asked about this.

@betballer Francis good work youre doing there to promote and hold things together for this I say welldone. I have played several times on the site, I have won some and even loss some but in all I am comfortable with my experience over there. And this I will continue to promote in my private capacity... The withdrawal I have experienced has been without hitches til date maybe I missed the congestion part.

As you said yourself, withdrawals are really fast most of the time but we added some features and did a maintenance which caused some withdrawal requests to get ¨stuck¨ and few guys had to wait a bit longer. Now all is back to normal so no one has to worry

Funny thing you mentioned that as speeding up the live betting system (quicker confirmation of bets before the odds change) is our priority and will hopefully be done soon
