BetBtc only offers what pinnacle is offering , and AFAIK pinnacle never offer these selections ( unless maybe the event is huge )
they mainly offer ML and over/under , so unless pinnacle add these to their site BetBtc won't have them

BTW these selections in general are rare in bitcoin books , the ones who offer them are really few and they don't always have them available

Thank you for answering and explaining.

I did found a lot of this options in other bookie betmatch, but I avoid it now because it is not reliable, website is full of bugs, and I don't trust them anymore.
That is why I looked at BetBTC as an alternative solution.

Can you please add more betting options specific Sport section, for example MMA/UFC ?
I see only odds for win, and it would be nice to see win by submission or ko win.

But it is related, because the instant transactions are not only instant, as they also are processed with relative good fee so they are confirmed much faster than that one.

ah ok so that was because my payment was sent manually , good to know cause I thought that all the future withdrawals will have similar low fees

all good then , thanks for the help  Smiley

We apologise for this inconvenience.

As discussed in chat, there was a problem with your withdrawal, and it was not processed on the regular queue (instant).

You future withdrawals should be processed much faster, like they usually are

Best regards,
BetBTC

I'm not talking about the withdrawal speed , yeah it wasn't instant and you told me there was a problem
but I'm talking about the fee that you paid for the transaction , it was really small which means your players may need to wait several hours for their transactions to get confirmed
so you should either pay more fees or let your players pay the fee in case you can't do that

Totally understood your issue / frustration with the low fee / long confirmation time, and not the proper instant itself at first look.

But it is related, because the instant transactions are not only instant, as they also are processed with relative good fee so they are confirmed much faster than that one.

any chance you can start letting customers pay for the fees ? free withdrawals are nice but you are paying really low fees
my last withdrawal fee per byte was 1.09 and been waiting for long time so far , so please either start paying a little bit bigger fees or just allow the customers to choose the fees

I'm sorry to know that you both were unable to clear the bonus in total, and also that it wasn't 100% instant this time.
Unfortunately for big withdrawals the process is semi-automatic (with delay), but it'll soon be improved as explained.

Best regards,
BetBTC

thank you , the bonus was the most generous bonus in my experience
curious how long are you planning to keep it cause as I remember it's been available for 5 months or so , you planning to keep it or maybe offer a new reward system ?
something like leaderboards and fixed percentage betbacks may be good as well , of course if you can figure out something that is profitable for both you and the clients

Have you tried it?

just did my first withdrawal today since I needed the money , got it within 30 minutes
wasn't able to clear all the bonus due to that emergency withdrawal but was able to clear around 52% of it which was a little bit over 0.16 BTC , thanks a lot for that extra money  Smiley

Have you tried it?

nice to hear , I'm still trying to clear the bonus so I haven't tried withdrawing yet

anyways noticed that the limits for some games are really small , for example I tried betting mchale and the max I could bet was 9 mbtc so I thought that limits are small everywhere but when I opened Fairlay I found that they are allowing people to bet over 100 mbtc on that selection with the same pinnacle price
shouldn't limits be the same in both places ? or at least to be half what fairlay is offering ?

Max Bet varies from event to event.

Unfortunately sometimes there may be lower liquidity on small leagues. With tiny spreads like we have, it would be very risky to assume high liability on those with very variable odds & low liquidity.

We appreciate your understanding, and wish you good luck on your bets & unlocking the bonus  Wink

What is the rule, if tennis player retired?

Hello,

For Moneyline Bets:

"If a player retires before the 1st set is completed, all wagers on the match will be considered void.Example: Nadal leads 2-0 vs Djokovic who retires due to injury. All wagers considered void."
I once got a case like this when betting on the Chardy and Tiafoe matches. I took Tiafoe to win in the first game in the middle of the game Chardy retired. Indeed in that match, Tiafoe won but if we bet on that match it is considered Void.

Please message us the betslip id, or your username so we can investigate your particular situation

Same for grand slam? or it's 2 set for grand slam?

Yes, regardless of the number of sets to be played, if one complete set is played bets are not void in case of a player is retired
