Thanks for reporting this situation. In fact there was a problem, the reason for it was that many matches were postponed for tomorrow and were incorrectly marked as played.

The bug was fixed, and future situations like these would not exist. All tennis lines should be online, please let us know if you see anything missing.

This is what I am finding. A gambling site that sportsbook and casino and can also provide quick withdrawals. Some of the gambling sites that I joined in is not that fast in withdrawing, yes they have the design but in withdrawal there is a problem. The older the casinos the more reliable because they have a broader customer base and if you dont see a whole lot of complaints about them then they have been paying out their customers winnings. Which to me is the more important thing when it comes to choosing which one to continue using. Our internal audits triggered wrong settlement alerts immediately after first wrong settled bet.

That is the reason why we started working on the fix since minute 0

yeah in your case the site refunded all the accounts , but was talking about other sites
this happened with me couple of times with other sites and nothing was fixed till I contacted support

This was a single occurrence that affected bets during few hours because of a deploy that implemented new features.
The bug was quickly detected and fixed, additionally all affected accounts were credited with the missing balance (not only the complaints!)

another wrong grading just happened with me , Leeds United -0.25 0.0065 BTC bet @X2.10
system paid me out 0.003575 and this should be double payout as well , should I create a new ticket ?

EDIT : I created another ticket just in case , since 2/2 of my bets today got wrong graded I believe there is a bug in your system

in my account statement it's showing credit 0.006071 , so how is that possible ? my payout should be double of what you paid me
