I'm legendary member but I do not interested to join as it is a bit risky to get 10% free of my bet. I would be more interested if BetBTC change it into something like free bet. Bet 0.01btc and get the equal amount of free bet, surely there should be a minimum odds in order to be eligible for the free bet. Or maybe he can lower the minimum bet to 0.001 with equal amount of prize free bet. With this case many players will be interested to participate as it is worth the risk imo.

Thanks for your suggestion. We want to check senior's feedback on a first stage, and the idea is exactly to extend the bonus to everybody, with a different model.

BetBTC don't offer inplay Cricket?

Unfortunately Cricket is one of the few sports where in-play is not available.

0.001 BTC to withdraw is acceptable figure, especially for small gamblers, who usually don't have too much money in their gambling accounts.
Minimum withdrawal is 0.001BTC
Unfortunately, this one is for only Hero and Legendary members, I can not join it.
Waiting for your coming decision and announcements on other kinds of promotions.

2) Deposit at least 0.01BTC
So, the lowest amount to withdraw, can you give me this figure?

One more thing, the signature of BetBTC you worn looks beautiful. I searched and found all closed campaigns.
Are there active ones at the moment? If yes, please give me link to that one.

"In the former BetBTC exchange, the odds naturally had a spread / margin and additionally, we also charged a fee on every winning bet. The fee was 4% on the net winnings."
That is quite alot for a large bet placed if the player does win.
How much is the fee taken off the players bets now in the new system?
If it is larger then it was before then I might not want to go through the process of registering then placing a bet only to find out the fee later on.
Thanks for the information if it is indeed better now.

As mentioned before, we have no commission now.

The odd is transparent, so the margin is clear for everyone.
Okay. Thought the fee and commission where differently charged per bet placed. As the part where I underlined in the above statement says also.
Understood if you say there is no commission hence no fee in addition to it subtracted from each winning bet.
Looking forward to using livebetting on your site now. Thanks for the answers provided so I can make a decision on my next site to place a bet on.

How are your limits for the new sportsbook? BitcoinRush has annoying 30 mBTC limits when a game is far away from starting so I might switch over if you have decent limits

We have developed a risk management algorithm that uses several data, like liquidity, odd, and other data to calculate it.

We are now in "safe mode" because we just went public few days ago, but the max bet for major matches is already reasonable.
Since we launched yesterday, there are already few settled bets of 1BTC +

Thanks for the answers. However, it's not true that you don't have commission - it's quite easy to calculate (even though it's hidden).

Let's take, for example, today's game Bayern - Liverpool https://www.betbtc.co/fixtures/bayern-munich-vs-liverpool-387153

Bayern: 2.16
Liverpool: 3.6
Draw. 3.59

1/2.16+1/3.6+1/3.59 = 1,0192922728

Margin = 1,0192922728 - 1 =  0,0192922728 = 1,9%

Even thought it's a good margin, it's really not cool to claim that you don't have any.

There is a margin in the odd (it always has a little one), but there is no commission.
Commission is applied after the transaction. In the former BetBTC exchange, the odds naturally had a spread / margin and additionally, we also charged a fee on every winning bet. The fee was 4% on the net winnings.

You should show "max bet" to know how much someone can bet on a market.
I have several questions for BetBTC:
1. Do you adjust your lines (do you have "in home" market makers) or you just copy paste pinnacle lines?
2. Can one person make multiple bets at the same market after line adjustment (pinnacle model) ?
3. Do you have any plans to use some altcoins in the future (bitcoin is not the best chose for some people) ?

1- We have our lines, sometimes they will be better, sometimes worse than pin.
2- Yes you can make the number of bets you want. The risk management algo will block you when you are not allowed to place more, or the line is saturated.
3- We will keep loyal to our origin Smiley

Yeah, parlay is definitely a welcome change and I love it, without parlay you can definitely give it a go but its just a good addition that is really welcomed, not a "must" but a "good to have" so to speak.

Moreover, the speed is really like how people mentioned, I have never seen any sportsbook so fast, you click something and you get it right away without waiting for a loading time at all, I don't know how important that is for some people but just the same with parlay it is definitely a good to have, who wouldn't prefer instant right away pages instead of waiting for loading times on each page.

I just wanted to say maybe the next stop should be futures, like who will win the champions league or NBA and what not, that type of future sportsbook betting for the winner has always been my absolute favorite.

Thanks for your suggestion, we will consider more markets on a next version.

Thank you for your complaints, questions and suggestions.
It's very good to have feedback so we can optimise even more this successful project that has already 5 Years of existence.

You are the reason why we work everyday and keep the project running and wealthy.

Awful change.  You went from using betfair markets to another Pinny clone.

There are at least a half dozen books out there now just rehashing this exact same stuff.  Completely unnecessary IMO.

I will say on your behalf that the site navigation is very quick, faster than any other on this lineset, but if your fees are going to be higher than your competitors I see no reason to bet here.

Unfortunate change, IMO.  Hopefully you keep the old site and run them side by side.

We're sorry to know that you preferred our exchange model.

If you take the time to compare our odds with others / competition, you'll find that ours are very attractive, like they were on the exchange.
Additionally, on SportsBook there are no winning fees, you receive what the odds tell.

The BetBTC exchange is deprecated, and we have no plans to keep a version of it active.

Hey!

I've been using your service for a while and just noticed the redesign. Even though I like the visual part of it (it's much clearer), I really miss the exchange betting part. Therefore I have two questions:

1) Why have you decided to replace exchange betting with regular bookie?
2) What is your commission right now?

Bests

1) The main reason why we re-designed the website, was because it's very hard to keep consistency and volume, every-time, on every markets.
BetBTC maturated financially during the last 5 years, and we are now prepared and comfortable to provide this model, which was more difficult if not impossible on the early days.

Another reason is that we also detected since the beginning, that 95% of our volume was produced from Single Back Bets and "against" our liquidity providers (almost never genuinely user v user because very few people had patience to feed the market) - To perform these kind of bets it's not necessary an exchange.

To finalise, the 2 most requested features were the Live Betting & the Parlay, which is impossible to implement on an exchange.

2) There is no commission, odd is 100% transparent.

Finally parlay is allowed on bets placed on your site.
I just might check it out now cause this is what was keeping from using your site for my bets.
I like more odds on my bets compared to just being able to place one large bet on one match.

When do we expect this new version to be online?

Will API have same functionality?

Thanks!

Hello

We are very excited to announce that the new version will be online this week!

No API will be available on the first version, and the exchange API will be deprecated on the release of the new version.

Stay tuned.
