Hi, your withdrawal was already processed, there was a lock because it was inactive for more than a year.
If your withdrawal takes more than 24h you should contact support immediately.

I received it, thank you. I am not sure what you mean by inactive, I started it ten days ago and it was always pending. A year ago I was not using the site. I thought about contacting support after a day or two, but decided to wait because on some sites they are not happy about it if it is too soon.

On an other topic, (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/similar-website-at-onehash-2767688) a member of the community me advise your website. Currently, i play on the website onehash.

I search a website similar at "onehash" for divide my money. I have already use your website with your faucet (in order to try) but i find what the majority of event are not available and the odds are not very high.

For the future, do you think increase the number of events ? Do you have enough members ? Will you increase the odds ?

Quick update:

We are receiving a strong DDOS attack since the last 2 weeks, that's why we made our firewall rules stricter to avoid server performance downgrade.
These "emergency" extra firewall rules sometimes may have been incorrectly applied to genuine users. We apologize for the inconvenience but that is the only way we have to keep our services up and running.

We are constantly updating and calibrating the firewall rules, constantly monitoring the attack, checking the logs closelly and learning from it.

At this moment we are pretty confident that 99.99% of the bad requests are being filtered and almost no genuine user is getting the 521 web server is down.
The website is also running at regular load / speed, even under attack.

Nonetheless, the loading time of the site is ridiculous and therefore
I strongly suspect that they are still subject to a DDoS attack.
