Having an issue with a withdrawal, and due to lack of response from Betbtc, have rather embarrassingly decided to ask for some advice here, so here gos
In the withdrawal box Betbtc offers to cover a network fee, this in my experience is more than what other, mainly dice, gambling sites would normally charge. ( and to be clear I am happy to pay )
The amount (network fee) they offer should in my experience, mean that the Transaction is confirmed in a reasonable time.
I have been waiting for my transaction to be confirmed for nearly 7 days now, its there but shows as unconfirmed.
Please inform me if I am missing something, or is this acceptable in the current volatile market.
Its preventing me from Depositing again, as now I dont know if the Withdrawals will arrive

Is that coming anytime soon?

Sorry for the delay!
At the moment we are running the 100% deposit bonus on the first deposit, it's a great campaign for all new users.
Regarding the fees on the withdrawals, we are not charging at all on the first withdrawal of every user during a 7-day period, it doesn't matter if it's on the weekend or not

Well if they have been around this long with little to no complaints then I would like to say they are completely legit.
But that is up to the players who register there to decide really.
