Your friend received a free bonus and then a comp.
He lost some of his winnings from free money while waiting a few hours for a withdrawal.
He did not lose any of his own money, and no one made him play his winnings.
He is not going to gey any more free money.

Well I mean when you guys say instant withdrawals, and according to him when you withdrawal it doesn't even subtract the balance. Just seems really unfair to us.

***update on my friend's situation***

Betchain comped him twice his deposit (what he used to confirm his account) so he got .002 instead of .095 like he withdrew. Almost more of an insult than a comp, to be perfectly honest. You can't even bet one chip on your site, it says "not enough balance" if you have 1 chip left. So he got one bet-able hand of blackjack. I'd be mad if I were him too.
