Betcoin, are you still gonna increase your max livebetting stake? It's still at 100mBTC which now is patheticly low (around 500 euro after the BTC value dropped so much).

That means even on an NBA game winner market, or even on the Superbowl, the max stake is 500 euro!

Back when BTC was still worth about 20K, you even had 500mBTC max livebet! That was therefore about 20 times more than it is now!!!!
Then, you lowered it to 200mBTC which was understandable, and then to 100mBTC which was still reasonable at the 20K value of Bitcoin. But now that Bitcoin is worth only 5K, a 100 mBTC max stake is just out of this time.

Please increase it. It should not be that hard, since you also changed it from 500 to 200 and to 100 overnight.
If you are gonna do it, do it this week and not make it a long process again like you seem to do with everything.

TeePee, we have passed along this request to the powers that be, but as far as I have heard the limits will be changing throughout the Beta test process.
Other things are coming along, though. Today we were notified that the issue people had with decimal odds is now solved. Please bear with us as we work on perfecting this book and thank you very much for the feedback.

Will this still happen anytime soon? An increase of the max bet of 100mBTC? Cause it looks to me like you are not making any changes at all.

When the book is out of Beta, you will be able to request an increase. We expect this to occur late Feb/Early March. Sorry for the delay but this new sportsbook is going to be fantastic and worth the wait!

Late Feb has passed, early March has arrived. Are you finally out of Beta?

The Boys Of Summer Are Back MLB Sping Training Has Started! Spring Training Tips and Advice! by BigThangz

https://www.betcoin.ag/boys-summer-are-back-mlb-sping-training-has-started-spring-training-tips-and-advice

It is that time of year again already, the MLB Spring Training has started. Spring Training is broke into 2 leagues, the Grapefruit League in Florida and the Cactus League in Arizona. The Grapefruit league includes the Boston Red Soxs, Detroit Tigers, NY Yankees, Miami, Houston Astros, Tampa Bay Blue Rays, Minnesota Twins, Ny Mets, St Louis Cardinals, Toronto Blue Jays, Atlanta Braves, Washington Nationals, Baltimore Orioles, Philadelphia Phillies and the Pittsburgh Pirates. The Cactus League includes the Kansas City Royals, Milwaukee Brewers, Chicago Cubs, Chicago White Soxs, Cleveland Indians, LA Angles, San Diego Padres, Arizona Diamondbacks, Colorado Rockies, LA Dodgers, Seattle Mariners Texas Rangers and the Cincinnati Reds.

Spring Training Betting Tips
Most teams really dont care about winning games in Spring Training, most players are just getting ready for the real season and other players are fighting for a spot on the roster. This does not mean that you cant find some great lines to bet on and gain some coin. I dont go as large on Spring Training Games as I do Regular season but I do find it worth betting. I like to pick a few teams and bet those games, this Spring Training I like the Red Soxs, Astros, Cubs, Tigers and Rangers. In Spring Training I like to stick to teams with good Bats, not like the regular season were I try and follow games depending on whos pitching. In Spring Training all the good pitchers will pitch, but they will not pitch alot of innings. So my thought is if the good pitchers are not pitching alot but the good batters are batting, well a good batter should have a good advantage over a pitcher who maybe fighting for a spot on the team or just is average pitcher for the MLB. Not to mention LIVE BETTING is great for Spring Training I have found it very easy this year to get JUICE on both teams during LIVE BETTING and make coin no matter who wins. I have also noticed that betting the OVER early in the game with JUICE has made for either easy hedging or the over allready hitting by 4th or 5th inning. Another betting option i have found to take a liking to is the ODD/EVEN final score bet in LIVE BETTING, I have started to notice once u get to the 6th or 7th inning one of the lines will get really juicy, and if u get run score the juice will change to the other side and you can bet that also locking a profit no matter what the final score is.

Opening Day for the Regular Season this year is the March 29th, so plenty of time to get some bets in Spring Training right here at betcoin. Many options are available to Spring Training Pregame and also in LIVE BETTING. Not to mention if start betting Spring Training Games your allready doing homework for the regular season.

A couple years ago Betcoin sold their email address list, paired WITH the on-site screennames, to a phishing collective.

Looks like they are STILL abusing that list, as I got an email today identical to Twitchy:

was about to make some deposit there , luckily came in here saw ur post  Grin . thx

No accounts that have been made in the last 3 years or so are affected by the breach. We take security extremely seriously and warn players to watch out for these type of scams any time they are reported.

This was an isolated incident and unfortunate as it may be, is not a reflection of our current level of security.

Wow, thanks for the info.  I have been receiving phishing emails for a while now so now everything makes sense.
Too bad betcoin would choose to go that route.

To be accurate, the email list was compromised, not sold. Not that it makes it much better, but we would never sell anyone's information and security was beefed up and this has not happened since although the original culprit is still using the list.

Yup.  This was discovered in late December 2015.

Jessica, William, Plo8 and Zzzzzz (all still working for Betcoin) used it as an opportunity to troll players rather than address it responsibly.

I understand your position. We are keeping the current staff. Please either be nice to or ignore the members you don't like and they will do the same with you. We are very busy and don't always have time to respond to every detailed inquiry of yours, but hopefully my reply to your last ticket cleared enough up to where we don't have to continue the constant back and forth on this. All in all, while we do not agree on everything, that is part of what makes up a community and as long as everyone shows respect for each other, we will be fine with having a community of very different people.

If you feel attacked going forward, shoot an email to [email protected] and I will look into it.

One other thing is the chat and forum are for fun and not for you to point out all our past errors and scare new players away. We are aware of the things that were handled improperly in the past, but we are trying really hard to make Betcoin better and I know you see this.
[/quote]

I really think you are making a big mistake by looking for a "free pass" for all the scummy things Betcoin has pulled over the past 2+ years.
These are issues that were never resolved and most of the people responsible for them are still working for Betcoin.  (Jessica, William, Plo8 and zzzzzz are all directly responsible for Betcoins reputation - and they're all still working for you.)

Regarding the mutiple posts, if we don't respond to your questions immediately, it is usually because we don't have the answers immediately. Other times, the questions have overstepped the bounds of information you need to know, but generally speaking we have no problem being as transparent as possible about our dealings. Sometimes a little patience is needed.

Ok lets talk about the multiple posts thing.

Here's the first post I made: https://www.betcoin.ag/placed-bets#comment-96599

Notice that over the next 2-3 days there were 15+ responses, many of them were personal attacks on me.
Also notice that despite the attacks, I remained civil.
Also notice that you responded to another question, yet ignored mine.
Here are some of the posts that were made after I asked the above question, and before I asked it again.

So after all this, I asked the same question again (it wasn't a 100% copy paste, I updated the amount of days and added another question.  I can't remember exactly what it was and I don't have a screenshot of it but it was certainly not just a copy paste.

Here is the response I got:

They left all the attacks against me but deleted my question because I made a similiar post that didn't get a response 2-3 days earlier.

This was all 2+ weeks ago and all the posts attacking me are still there.  Even after the following claims:

As of today, all the attacks against me are still there.

I really don't care about being attacked, I'm used to it.  But it is pretty frustrating to get censored and banned for duplicate posts or trolling when obviously the above is considered perfectly acceptable.

Got another scam attempt sent to my Betcoin email address.
This one is a little different than the past.  It's sent from betcoinvip.club which redirects to https://www.betcoin.ag/vip
They're hoping that a player who investigates will assume the two are the same.

This is scam and nobody should ever send to any address that you receive via email.

We appreciate you bringing the scam email to both our and our player's attention. Obviously we don't want anyone to get fooled by this.

As you know, we are now holding all players AND staff more accountable for what is said in the player chat and forum. We are trying to start off on a new foot in there and enforce these new rules to keep the peace. A couple of those moderator interactions you posted are obviously unacceptable and will be dealt with if they continue. Your specific violations which were deemed "trolling" included steering people away from the site and posting the same post multiple times. You were warned about this then continued to violate. It is that simple. Many other warnings have been issued since the new rules took place, however you were one of the only people who continued to violate despite warnings. We consider this a temporary ban and are ready to invite you back if you will follow the rules. If you see anyone else not following the rules, we welcome you to report them to [email protected].

I'll follow the rules.

I really think we should have an open discussion about what specifically I said that was considered a violation.

Thank you. One big thing is that you are antagonizing the staff members (even on this thread). We realize that as human beings not everyone will get along, but it is not going to be tolerated for you to speak poorly of them (or for them to publicly speak poorly of you). We have a great team at Betcoin and if you don't like certain members, just avoid them. That is just civility and we know you are capable of it.

One other thing is the chat and forum are for fun and not for you to point out all our past errors and scare new players away. We are aware of the things that were handled improperly in the past, but we are trying really hard to make Betcoin better and I know you see this.

Other times, the questions have overstepped the bounds of information you need to know, but generally speaking we have no problem being as transparent as possible about our dealings. Sometimes a little patience is needed.

And the last thing, is if you get temporarily banned, just accept it. As you know, we are forgiving people. Sometimes we just need to give people a timeout to cool off. If this ever happened again, don't create additional accounts to game the system. The system is in place for a reason, to keep the peace. We like having you around, but please accept our ruling on things like this.

Those are the specific things that got you warned and temporarily banned. We have activated your account, per Brandon and management, and you are being given another shot. See you in the chat.

Can't say the say the best sportsbook system, but not too shabby lol
One thing that I really really love is that you accept several coins! A big plus, cuz of the fees.

Also we still can't see what we have betted on sports via the sportsbook system.

Thank you very much for the feedback and we are aware the open ticket system is still intermittent. We are working on a permanent fix for this and we appreciate you playing with us.

Twitchy just follow the chat and forum rules and you are welcome in chat.  We do appreciate that you enjoy spending your time there and sharing Betcoin.ag.

Wow this is really bringing back memories.  (Obviously My Account is Banned and Jessica/William are the ones that are doing the trolling)

Over two years ago we had the following exchange.  They Ban me, then tell me they appreciate me and I'm welcome back but obviously don't unban account.  Then they ended up ignoring me for a few months, then unbanning me for a few weeks and trying to convince me things were different now, then eventually banning me again for a few months...rinse repeat.

(From December 2015)
