i think headsup is still popular enough to warrant having the format , its also exciting to observe. but a king of the hill system also makes more sense like most sites have implemented, to help deal with the more predatory regulars that just sit many tables and only play weak opponents.
very few sites have gone to the steps of removing it completely. And personalities like doug "wcgrider" polk seems to have brought a lot of new players to the format with his youtube channel and headsup courses.

Great feedback penta. Your advice would be to go with the king of the hill approach then?

NO!!!! What are they going to be replaced with now? Ouch! Maybe a weekly progressive? Can we get a teaser on what might replace it?

We will be massively updating the the poker schedule and improving the staking program to include ring game and all tournaments as well as completing the leaderboard.

Honestly it felt more like a policy than a actual issue with Aiden,felt like he was being curt to stop players from asking repeatedly through support chat for speeding up withdrawals. He stated it would be a one time thing and then never said anything in response to my further questioning of policy because I was a little confused on the matter. Had attempted a speed up once before and was told 24 hours in support but ZZZZZ was able to get it fast tracked,so I was scratching my head on how chat can help but support can not.
You add players in chat that where seeming to be able to get it accomplished by asking in chat and I got the impression that the more you are on the site through rake or time and the more likely you would be to get faster help as a perk of some sort.

I rather not connect this account to the account I use for now and thank you for the offer of the 250 ticket but it is not necessary.
