my email was hacked 4weeks ago... they closed my account as i requested"tbh they closed it without any proof it was actually me the owner" but w/e
then they refused to allow me to create a new account... so i had to get a phonecard for my old cellphone so i could reclaim my email...

5days ago they reactivated my account and even though i now have my email... the "request new pw" for betcoin isn't working... i sent a ticket 4days ago so they could help and still no reply... i was going to talk with live support today to see if they could forward it but the site seems to be down "Forbidden

i have never liked betcoin but after losing my accounts i realized no matter how shitty they are and all the other wpn skins it's really the only choice for americans...

ignition may be a little better but it took 3weeks just to get verified to cashout and everytime i play there it's a new hassle...


betcoin brian is the one that refused to allow me a new account... i didn't take screenshots so believe what ever...
after telling him 2times my email was hacked i couldn't access it he kept repeating "why didn't you just change your password instead of having you account closed"

just go to wpn homepage there is basically 0 requirments for those monkeys who work there... and the sad thing is... betcoin brian and betcoin "andrew" are the names of the supervisors you talk to on any other skin... americas cardroom, betcoin, blackchip etc... with only 1network for me to play where i live everyskin is ran by the same monkeys who run betcoin i love poker, but i guess i will not being playing it until there are more options



oh and a few months back when i sent a report to them, saying tournament tickets could be exploited for entries into tournaments they're not meant for
staff told me it was nothing...

If a player has to wait more than a day or two for a response you should really just apologize.  The amount of chips doesn't excuse it and so when you try to shame him by posting it, you just show a lack of respect/understanding the concept of player privacy.

Thank you for sharing your experience.  With regard to deposits, it is based on the confirmation time of the bitcoin network which can be pretty fast or slow.  Once one confirmation hits, it post immediately.  We used to have instant deposits with ZERO confirmations but people abused that by doing a double spend and using the chips in the poker room, therefore we had to add a confirmation.  If you don't play poker, we can return zero confirmation deposits and instant withdrawals and that is what we are working on. 

With regard to withdrawal we can also isolate this as well and speed these up fo casino and sports play.  With regard to poker play we must check for a variety of factors with a variety of networks and our speed can be improved but is faster than those networks and will get faster.

I share my experience here, deposit sometimes is slow, if I get credited on my account, I can't find it in my sportsbook account until I re-log in. Withdrawals are slow, very slow, usually 8-24 hours, it is my experience in 2015, hope it can be faster. I see Ethereum addition will be implemented soon, is it possible to add Stratis coin? Deposits are pretty fast already....I mean, usually less than an hour but most of the time much faster.  It would be nice if withdrawals were as fast as deposits. Although withdrawals are much faster at Betcoin.ag than any other poker site, it would still be nice if we could get our funds immediately to an exchange if we see something interesting taking place with the numbers there, right?
