Yes, that's the case which might mislead many participants with the term average here everyone will see Min post is 30 so no one will care about posting like they used to when it was not fixed campaign.
I think Rule should be updated to minimum 50-60 posts /month it will be much easier to get other than going for average. And a bonus to best poster should be given each month with highest quality posts, Afterall it's a fixed campaign and without competition, it's quite boring to compete with each other.

I have not been making 70-80 posts, I always had 100 posts minimum, so my average is exactly 100. You are asking me to make 100 posts to get 0.05 when some guy can make up to 30 posts less for the same money. There are 30/posts weekly campaigns whose rates would give you 0.1BTC monthly, so 50% more for 20 more posts. Consider that people may have been investing extra time to in order to make 100 qualifying posts in order to get paid more, we aren't new to capitalism aren't we?

The reason im sticking here in Betcoin is because they have been consistent and I never had a problem until they went the fixed route with the so called averages.

Also there's a minimum: 30 posts, so stop saying stupid shit as "grab 0.05 with no posts at all".

As far as i can see there is no problem what so ever. Seeing the history,  all of you were selected by a strict competition and the OP selected 30 best in terms of posting quantity and quality. If your avg was 30 or 40 posts, you would not have been selected in the first case, as the OP mentioned he took the best poster both in quality and quantity.

So now, when coming in Fixed campaign and no minimum, why all of you want to grab 0.05 with no posts at all ??     Should keep on making 70 to 80 posts per month as you have been doing in last 2 years. 

I am only making a very rational argument about it.

Suppose that a member was making an average of 70 posts/month on the previous terms. This guy is a Legendary member, making good posts, good grammar and so on, so gets accepted into the fixed campaign term. This means that this guy is now going to get 0.05BTC assuming he wears the avatar.

Similarly, another guy was making the maximum 100 posts/month for the previous terms on every month (so average is exactly 100), a Legendary member with good posts that gets promoted into the fixed campaign.

So what's the situation here?

Our first guy is going to get 0.05BTC paid for an average of 70 posts a month.

Our second guy is going to get 0.05BTC paid for an average of 100 posts a month.

Conclusion: The guy that contributed less previously, is now getting the same as the guy that used to contribute %30 more for the same payday.

Don't you see a problem here?

PS: I've been working with Betcoin for years and I would continue to do so, im just pointing out flaws that I think will only lead to drama when at the end of every month a guy makes 40 posts because he saw the minimum was 30, but his previous average before the fixed term was 80 (and some months you have more time to post than others), and here we go.

But the more important question right now: When will we receive the payment for October? By now, I have not received anything.

There is "a difference between posting a minimum of 30 per week and 30 per month" if you want to redeem the value of your ad space.  It's a choice ---> as long as the ad space is committed, it cannot be rented out to any other campaign, whether you're an active poster or not.  If you are an active poster, then your space is worth more, but if you are a lazy participant then that space is worth less.  That's why confusion arises when the campaign is evaluated by post count from one perspective and chronologically from the other perspective ---> they are apples and oranges.

I personally believe that Betcoinag should increase it's minimum per month to perhaps 40 posts per month, and to remove the vague standard of "maintaining your previous post level" and in that way each of us can choose whether we believe staying with this campaign is better for us and our particular circumstances, as compared with, perhaps, some other competing campaign.

Okay, I have to interject here. It's not a 30-100 post count that's relevant here. It's the ad space that's being committed for the entire month that's the relevant factor. So, it's not REALLY 30 posts for 0.050BTC ---> it's 0.050BTC for an entire month of ad space which includes all the several thousands of previous posts both in and out of the campaign in each members profile.

I'm not saying that it's not fair, I'm just trying to put it back into perspective ---> it equates to ~ 0.012 BTC per week because we're not working on a per post bases anymore. It's a difference in perspective.

For example: This campaign https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ice-rock-mining-signature-avatar-campaign-ended-2211200 pays Hero/Legendary Members: 0.03 BTC  per week for 30+ posts ---> same 30+ posts but only committed for one week.  As opposed to 30+ posts committed for one month ---> same work but longer periods of committed ad space. Right?

So, these arguments are mixing apples and oranges here, that's all. It's math.

Please calculate the rate that we pay and say if you look at the BTC / USD price you get less for posts? If you take part in a fixed campaign then the rate should be very satisfactory. And as for the average number of posts, we are just exactly hoping that your average will not fall, and if you have read the message, each of you has received a message that he agreed to, including in it:
It should not be any surprise what we wrote above. If we notice a significant decrease in the number of posts from any of you after joining the fixed campaign, that person will simply be removed from the campaign.
We also consider fixing the US Dollars instead of the BTC so that we do not change the rates every time. Currently, 0.05 BTC for Legendary with avatar, 0.045 for Hero with avatar is very good rate and if someone wants to receive it for 30 posts, it just will not be fair to agree to the terms sent to each person in the message. We know exactly how many each of you wrote and we will be careful to make sure that each one of you personally agreed was fulfilled. To remain in the campaign, you only have to follow the rules that you agreed on. None of you in the last few months have less than 30 posts, so the logic is that if someone is suddenly less than 30 it is a sign for us to such a person do not trust. This is the policy and we ask to inform us if something is happening in your life that does not allow you to write posts. Then we can find a solution together. If someone does not agree with our policies, we are very sorry and we suggest you choose another campaign.Thank you.

Do not make arbitrarily, vague, interpretative rules. 30 posts or more = get paid. 30 posts or less = no pay, anything else will just lead to problems. Some people may not find the time to keep up with an average of 100 posts if you were posting 100 posts before the change in rates. Consider that the rate has been cut to more than half, you can't expect people to continue doing the same amount of contributions. I will always have 30 or more posts with good grammar, not spamming bullshit and I expect to get paid for it.

Important note - please keep in mind that the posts in the "Wall Observer BTC / USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion" thread do not display the signature, so we do not count them to your average number of posts. Thank you.

However, in this place I point out that all the selected participants had an average number of posts per month in the area of 70-100 posts. When submitting offers for fixed campaign, we have counted that your average number of posts will not fall. So no one of you should suddenly have less than 30 posts, and if for reasons of problems, lack of time you predict that you will not write so many posts it is necessary to let us know.
