I believe if you have any strong evidence against bitcoin. AG you should go straight and open a scam accusations against them and from the response of they representative here he try to clear the air on they past fraud issues and how it was resolved but he failed to touch the part where you said they are deleting comments on they official thread and there after locking the thread. But I guest time shall tell since they claim that the project is now under a new management.

Hello, we admittedly have deleted what could be hundreds of posts by this one player, who has at least 3 BitcoinTalk accounts (kerrywoodwins20, javybaez2020 and sportsbookmonitor). This is because we addressed this one situation and moved on and he continues to spam the same post over and over again. As you can see on our thread, there are several accusations including this one, which we addressed and we have have no issue defending ourselves and moving on in these situations, as we believe in full transparency and are operating completely fairly. We have not deleted any posts other than spam. Also, the thread is open, however it was locked briefly because this user continued to post over and over and we didn't have the resources to dedicate someone to deleting spam continuously.

Please PM me for a full accounting of their fraud and deception and theft.

You should make this public and not only share the info by PM.

If you are saying they are scammers would be nice to see some proof from your side... And i'm not defending them, i like to see solid proof from this accusation. I know their slots machines aren't probably fair, but that's all, idk if they are rigged in their poker tables or in their sports book.

I have known betcoin.AG for the more than two years through this forum and I still remember that they run the most successful signature campaign here for a very long period. I never heard anyone having issues in their campaign.

Although I did not play at Betcoin.AG but I will also like to see the exact details of any fraud which they did, else I would assume its just a false accusation.

That is what i pointed out earlier. If they have a new management, they probably are very unlucky as they have to change their impressions from  the sort of shady site (i will not call it a scam site) to a trusted site.  People will not easily forgot the wrong doings of the previous team.

The way Betcoin.AG is replying to every accusation against them is really good and it seems that they may not be at false in some cases. Its easy to point out anyone and give false scam accusations against anyone, but if the other side is responding to all queries and trying to defend themselves, then it shows that they are determined to solve any real issues, if there are any.

Just provide us more accurate accusation to provebthat Betcoin is really a fraud site just take down at least 5 people who got scam by the team of Betcoin or like qhat other said create another thread on scam accusation then member and DT will decide ro this case.

One look at his post history will show that he has had the same accusations of every US facing site. It is no wonder he privately continues to beg us for his account back.

Here he is complaining about the exact same thing at sportsbook.io
DO NOT BET AT THIS WEBSITE ON LIVE BETTING!!!!

IT IS CRIMINAL! IT WILL HOLD YOUR WAGER IN A QUEUE FOR MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF TIME AND REJECT IT IF YOUR BET LOOKS GOOD AND ACCEPT IT IF LOOKS BAD

DO NOT BET AT THIS WEBSITE ON LIVE BETTING!!!

IT IS CRIMINAL AND FRAUDULENT AND DESERVES A SCAM RATING

This is a bold faced lie and also ignores the main issue.
Your scoreboard and live betting platform said the top of the first inning was over and it was headed to the bottom of the first inning with a score of 0-0. That is when I placed a bet of under 4.5.
They then score 3 runs in the top of the first inning!!!!
YOUR SCOREBOARD FUCKING LIED!!!
OH MY GOD THIS SCAMMING GOD DAMNED COMPANY. YOU CAN NOT GIVE SCORE UPDATES THAT ARE INCORRECT TO INDUCE A WAGER

And here is his most recent escapade with Nitrogen, from only 2 days ago

Everyone be very careful with this sportsbook. Their reaction to holding a player's funds hostage for 12 hours because of down time was to lock them out of their account, freeze their funds, and make them wait even longer due to a supposed CHAT VIOLATION?

What a complete fucking joke.

Yep. I don't really care if they chat ban me. That's their right. But they froze my funds and locked my account because I did something they didn't like in chat (which was ask why a game that ended 12 hours ago wasn't graded).

That's criminal. It's indefensible.

So is every site a criminal and a scammer, or does it all come down to this one player who berates staff and has a massive history of making unreasonable claims? We have provided ample evidence, with more to come if these claims continue. He has provided none, other than his all too common complaining with nothing to back it up.

Hello, the negative trust is all from 2016 and as you stated, it is based on the jasonort jackpot situation which occurred 3 years ago. What happened here, was that a player had a losing spin on a bonus, and because Betsoft had a misprint in their terms, it appeared to be a jackpot spin. This was quickly resolved amicably with the player, and he continued to play at our site. Proof of this resolution can be found here:
https://thepogg.com/complaint/betcoin-ag-progressive-jackpot-was-not-paid-for-winning-spin/
And here (please review his comment):
https://www.betcoin.ag/jasonort-case-resolution
Despite the situation being resolved, our competitors spread this rumor about the site to attempt to ruin our reputation.

Since that situation 3 years ago, we had a player who won the equivalent of nearly $400,000 USD at the time, on a sign-up bonus and he was paid within a day. That is more than the amount of the jackpot that was supposedly denied to this other player. Here is a link to this story:
https://bitcoinchaser.com/casino/betcoin-player-wins-55-btc-welcome-bonus/

When the new group took over Betcoin in 2017, the jasonort situation was analysed carefully, and we decided that this product has too much potential to not get involved. Our negative feedback on BitcoinTalk is solely based on that on that one incident.  When the situation occurred we were -512 rating and now we are -31. Every person that we have reached out to and gotten a hold of has reversed their negative feedback, one of who even changed it to positive. We have worked very hard on improving our reputation as well as the product. Our withdrawals and support tickets are both averaging around 15 minutes and we are hoping to improve on even that.

If you have any questions/concerns, please contact us via PM or support ticket through Betcoin.ag. Thank you and good luck all!

Op, the shady past of Betcoin.ag is widely known. The most popular story is related to not paying our a jackpot to the winner. The casino has new management, but since the former bad things weren't fixed, you can see them having negative trust on this forum. Look through the negative trust to see the reasons mentioned there. Then, if you got new stories to add, feel free to open a scam accusation in the relevant section. This will remind people to be cautious (especially if you have something on the new management) as well as might add some more negative trust.
As for the request to have them banned, it is not likely to be satisfied. Take a look at the relevant question and answer here to see why: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/unofficial-list-of-official-bitcointalkorg-rules-guidelines-faq-703657.

Hi, if this is accurate why have you sent us 20+ messages begging for your account back and why did you post this a couple days ago?

In case you decide to pretend this isn't you again, here is our proof.

That makes 3 known BitcoinTalk accounts you are using in this attempt to defame the site.

We aren't going to keep responding to this, because we are busy taking care of our legitimate players who do not accuse us of wrongdoing while creating new accounts to circumvent a ban. We see you are already having trouble at your new book. Best of luck to you.

For what it's worth, Betcoin.AG has publicly admitted their fraud and also not compensated anyone for it.

Their sports bets used to have a negative line movement that got automatically approved on all wagers made.

I'll give an example so everyone knows what is happening here.

Customer places a bet on the New England Patriots -110 to win the game. He clicks accept. The bet takes 10-15 seconds to process, during that 10-15 seconds, the line would move to -160 and automatically accept. The customer had NO rejection rights on that line shift massively against him.

This happened to me on wagers for as much as -400 on the moneylines of games.

Interestingly enough, if the line moved positively in the bettor's favor, that did not automatically accept. You got the worse line.

This was called a "glitch" publicly by Betcoin.AG, but in actuality, it was designed to do this and they knew that. Process the bad line movements. Reject the good line movements and revert back to the old accepted line.

They stole tens, probably hundreds of thousands of dollars from sports customers this way.

They've admitted this "glitch" and yet compensated no one.

They are an admitted scam book.

Hi sportsbookmonitor,
We notice that your name changed to kerrywoodwins20 halfway through this thread. We see that you enjoy creating multiple accounts on BitcoinTalk, just as much as you did on Betcoin.ag a year ago when we blocked your first account.

We banned your account, kerrywoodwins20, due to the numerous death threats issued against our staff on April 28, 2018.

LOL.  That must've been hilarious.  Can you share what were written in the said death threats?  And he prolly lost a sh* ton on the tables if he resorted to death threats.

I've seen degens go ape sh*t on a bad run at black jack.  I mean I can feel their pain but it's sooo hilarious at the same time.

Op I suggest you stop creating accusation threads if you don't have proof that they scam people. Well, if you did have proof then start a scam accusation of the said site to let the staff in bitcointalk do the rest with the site's bitcointalk account and resolve any problems that the two party have been facing.

Instead of PMing you, I believe opening an scam accusation will work better. The community can decide what to do with them (if they have a profile in BitcoinTalk)

Keep things public if there are no sensitive information.

I don't think that scam accusations is needed. They have been flagged years ago as far as I know. They started to have a good reputation, unfortunately, there have been lots of scams against them in late 2016 or early 2017 if I'm not mistaken.
What do you mean? This thread belongs in scam accusations since op is accusing Betcoin and calling it a scam. Just because a new management has come into place, it certainly does not mean that they can start on a clean slate.

They need to resolve all these queries asap.

How does one open a scam accusation?

Betcoin.AG has scammed hundreds of people. They should be banned here.

Really? Hundreds of people? If it is true, then it must be easy for you to prove with at least 10 valid scammed people.
There is no way to ban account in this forum just because scam accusation, as a ban is not for that thing imho.

Exactly, anyone should not be allowed to put a scam accusation on anyone without valid proofs. And / Or if the person claiming for scam accusation against anyone is proof to be wrong, He should be punished too.
