@brlameiakl, You were panicked and created some drama here. Always check the restricted countries list of a casino before creating an account there. Have you received your withdrawal by just sending your ETH address? Anyway, you should edit this scam accusation title by adding 'resolved' on it as Betcoin.ag team have returned your deposits. You may lock this topic too if you want.

I had my funds withdrawn from both bookmakers. Problem solved
I think  editing the title followed by Lucking is the best act to respond about the goodness of Betcoin.AG to his case , because the team clearly answers every single details about this issue and that is more than enough to clear their name.
as they have serving crypto gamblers for long time now with small amount of issues and problem arises and yes , they are solving everything that cross their knowledge.
good job to betcoin.ag team and congrats to OP.

Hey guys,
Just an update from our end here. After going back and forth with the player by email, with him continuing to talk in circles, we decided that it was too much trouble to continue to try and get him to complete the verification process. His account balance was returned and we obviously consider this matter to be closed now. Thank you for your interest.

It is not clear with the way and manner at which the player account was suspended. At first, something must have prompted that actions from your end before suspending the account. So therefore, it would be nice you State the reasons why the players account was suspended and the circumstances surrounding the suspension so we could know what really happened so as to stand ass a guide for others reading when ever they want to register with your casino.

Since you where nit even allow to bet with the money you deposit on the site, the that is bad and you have to be careful next time to use a good casino especially the ones that available on this forum. We all make mistake and some mistake can be very annoying but you can still take a look here if they have any thread which you can complain on.
the casinos that is in the forum always be recommendable by people and if I'm playing casino nothing will make to chose casino that is not in the forum, because  at least almost the casino in the forum is good to partner with. Because of their legacy but some people  will make that mistake of choosing outside casino outside the forum

@Betcoin.AG is just an impudent scam! They blocked me immediately after I deposited $1000 into their account! They asked for a whole bunch of documents and after I provided everything they just blocked the account without the ability to log in!

"The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later when you access the site." At their new domain is allowed, but nothing loads and the balance there is $0. They just scam me for 1000$ with no way to withdraw their money!

I have all the proof of transfers and my identity. Somebody advise me where to go on this forum to open a complaint against them and they are blocked?

OP - They are literally trying to send you ur whole balance back, how could that be a scam lmao
provide the documents they asked for and u can use their site (if ur in a valid region) or take your full balance back. seems pretty simple to me

The ops seems to be obsessed with the casino I don't know what the problem is with some gamblers recently because a good number of reports recently are all based on false claims and misunderstanding from the side of the gambler and this has to stop, I don't normally take any accusation that doesn't contain enough evidence to support the claims, and from the look of things ops registered under false location and he is trying to avoid kyc despite knowing that it's there in Betcoin terms and conditions that KYC may be demanded at some point.

The only lesson I see in all of the thos is that, before registering at a casino, try to read their terms of service to know if it's okay for you or not. Most importantly try to. Avoid the use of VPN for registration because your first cookies are kept on the site and that is what determines your location when verifying your account, this can make it impossible to verify your account even if you provide all valid IDs. R
You are very correct my friend, it seems to have become a norm for anyone that breaks the casino terms of service, and are at the b verge of losing their money, to turn around and start accusing the casino of being a scam, of course without any prove or proves.

And like you said, major cause of most of this problems is because most gamblers don't read, like in the case of the op, I am very sure he didn't read the teams of service for the casino in question, and I am also sure that he registered from the wrong location with the help of the VPN, which might not be supported by betcoin, this is probably why he is avoiding KYC.

I wonder, why do you accuse without providing any evidence? accusing only using words that can not be trusted.
in this forum there are lots of accusations without proof and they will just be ignored unless you provide detailed proof.

and Betcoin.ag seems to have also explained your problem about you not being banned after making a deposit. it's just that you are indicated to be in a restricted area.
try to finish everything here properly and do what @Betcoin.AG has said so that your problem will be resolved soon.

I think OP made a mistake by not reading the casino terms and conditions as if he had read them he would know that he could not play from the IP of the region he registered as it was not allowed. Many other casinos offer alternative links for people that live in restricted areas and I think also Betcoin AG would offer such options.
I also believe that because like what said by Betcoin.AG admin , the site keeps asking Him about something to prove them wrong but instead of complying , he keeps calling them scammer and triggered them to Blocked His account for not being professional in dealing with the team.

They already answered that OP needed to verify location and that he should not have used a VPN connection which in turn triggered the verification which then led to the problems being posted here in this thread.
and this is the sad part because it is the sites rights to ask them about this and if he is clear and not doing something wrong then there is no wrong from providing the team as only the Location is what they wanted to confirm.

Just out of curiosity, how do you suspect someone is from a forbidden country? Their IP could be changed to any country due to a VPN, could it not? A dedicated VPN IP would be pretty much impossible to catch.

Other platforms like social media could not catch VPN users but gambling platform is different they have security measures to catch VPN users, there are VPNs for gambling platform but sometimes it's the user's carelessness that is why they are caught using a VPN, they forgot to turn on their VPN so they are accessing the site using their own IP and this will trigger the alarm and the security will ask for verification if you are not in a restricted country.

OP has not yet come back to give us an update on the status of this issue,
He claims to

have all the proof of transfers and my identity.
Then he should proceed to prove it, Betcoin asks him to prove his location, but instead, he goes here and call Betcoin a scam when he is the one ignoring the request.

If you have proofs ? then why not deliver all of those here mate? as the team now answered your claims and seems that this is a word against word.

try to bring it here and lets see what would be the team reaction though Betcoin.AG already clear that you are not complying completely to what they are asking you and all the funds will be given on to you , or will be denied of playing if living in restricted country .
I hope the OP is not in the mood to bring down the betcoin.ag casino because there is no evidence that is also listed here, after all it's useless to accuse without clear evidence because it will only be a waste of time, I hope the OP provides evidence of his accusations so that the betcoin team responds immediately in this thread or in the accusation board thread, because of the importance of maintaining the good name of the casino in the forum for sure the betcoin team will resolve any complaints from its users.

Betcoin has a very active signature campaign on this forum obviously it will also tarnish the campaign if they cheat, so it needs to be explained by the OP what case made him feel cheated or OP did indeed commit a violation so he was banned by the site, so I hope this can be solved, the problem now is that the OP is not really serious about making accusations with definite evidence.

Betcoin.AG suspects him to be from a restricted region. That's why he was asked to send proof but OP is not sending anything as said by Betcoin.AG. It's the standard nowadays already so he is not sending proof of location, I guess he can't go on the play.

But would you let him withdraw if he isn't providing documents?  Or now he is obligated to send and the casino is also obligated to ask for the documents?

As we have already informed him, he is welcome to the funds any time. The verification request is based on his insistence that he is in a permitted region. It appears to us that he thinks he is going to talk his way out of having to complete it. We have pushed for him to admit that he is in a restricted region and take a withdrawal, but he continues to deny it, causing a lot of unnecessary back and forth, which is why the account was suspended. We continue to wait for him to follow up on this by email. We are, and have been, ready to resolve this for days.

Since you are willing to give him back his money, it seems to me that he is indeed the one in the wrong here. Obviously if there is a suspicion of him being from a country which is not permitted to gamble on your website, as your terms and conditions obviously state, then you guys are just adhering to the laws and regulations that your casino is subjected to. Him trying to talk his way out of this mess is obviously not going to work.

Just out of curiosity, how do you suspect someone is from a forbidden country? Their IP could be changed to any country due to a VPN, could it not? A dedicated VPN IP would be pretty much impossible to catch.

As mentioned above post about this in the scam accusation board.

But I wonder, are you sure that you deposited to the actual legitimate site? Because these things normally happens when someone deposit money to fake/clone site and I am saying things because usually the site will ask for documentation at the time of withdrawal but you said they asked immediately after you deposited that's why I want to make sure that its legitimate or clone site.

Sometimes we cannot be quite certain how a sportsbook finds a red flag or what they consider a red flag. They keep their methods private, very much similar to this Coinplay gambler who went on a winning streak in NBA but Coinplay saw something in the gambler's betting patterns and declared that he was arbitrage betting. A practice that sportsbooks clearly do not like.

In any case, since Coinplay does not want to show their methods on how they caught the user, we cannot be certain if the user is right or if the sportsbook is right. However, I do not think Coinplay was trying to steal the person's money.

They asked you KYC upfront after you deposit your money? Or you try to withdraw immediately right after you deposit without any bets made in the casino or didn’t meet  the withdrawal wagering requirements because you will accused of coin mixing by doing that kind of thing.

This is a good question you asked op, the author of this section should answer it first. Because if he did make a deposit and he wants to withdraw without doing any gambling activity on the casino platform, oh, of course there will be a real problem.
We know that once you make a deposit, most gambling platforms have wagering requirements before you can do transaction activity.
It's just that I haven't noticed that the op has already answered this, is there a reply?

In this case, is there a possible way to return the deposited money first before blocking the account?

Yes! We were trying to for days! The only reason the account was suspended is because we didn't have time to deal with him spamming tickets all day calling us a scam because we won't let him bet without verifying location. We didn't even want to verify his location, and asked him to withdraw multiple times before he kept insisting he is in a permitted region.

Edit: And yes, if he originally tried to signup from his home region, it would not have permitted him. He used VPN to circumvent our regional block.
Nice to read this response from the Bitcoin team this will to a large extent dictate what direction our discussions on the issue will take going forward, and  I don't think ops will have any issue with providing KYC documents for verifications since that is clearly stated in the casino T&C.

I think instead of ops complaining here why not try to cooperate with the security team to get his issues resolved since he already opened multiple same tickets, I guess the security team are in the best position to attend to ops issues.

The OP is definitely from a restricted country which is why he isn't going to show documents.
