I'm not an escrow and I will not hold the founds for this campaign. At the moment founds are held by Betcoin.ag staff. We are considering two possibilities:
1. Escrow the founds (but I don't really trust to escrows).
2. Create a public address with signed message to hold the founds.
We will decide soon.
Betcoin.ag is one of the most famous and trusted Bitcoin Casino. In any case you should not be worried about the payment.
Current rates will stay for the entire month. If the BTC/USD price will go to the moon, we will update rates after Stage 1 and before Stage 2. This is a rule by default for the good signature campaign.
