I thought you were able to login and this was solved? We can login to your account with no problem and we had it tested by 4-5 other people with no issue. We can't diagnose a problem that we don't see existing but we certainly want to have you involved. Perhaps as we suggested, we can have 2-3 community members login to your Betcoin.ag account?

Unfortunately we could never diagnose your problem because we don't experience the same problem. We have nearly 500 people daily come through www.betcoin.ag and nobody experiences this problem and we had the entire staff login to your account as well as multiple non-employee people to try to understand the problem and they didn't have the problem. We really wanted to help you, but we can't fix a problem that we can't see. Lastly, we offered to post it here on bitcointalk to see if users here could login but you did not want us to do that. We don't know what to do and area always open to ideas. Thanks.

All bonuses are done through www.betcoin.ag, therefore if you can't login to www.betcoin.ag then you can't receive any of the bonuses. You know this. We are happy to add bonuses for the inconvenience but you can't access the bonuses, tickets, surprise boxes and other features if you can't login to www.betcoin.ag. This is the problem that must be fixed but we can't see the problem and have spent a lot of time on this and will continue to do so until we are able to fix it for you.
Can we enlist a member of the to login to your account and see if they have a problem and then write about their experience here so we try to get this figured out? It's really quite unfortunate because we would really like to have you involved.
