We are aware that the tourney money is not functioning properly and we are working hard to fix this bug.  Thank you for the update, we have emailed you as well and will keep everybody posted.  We want all of the features working perfectly but sometimes these things happen.  We will get it fixed and keep you posted.

Be aware at the moment TOURNEY MONEY ARE STILL NOT WORKING FOR ME.

I also just wrote your support back answering to your message and attached a screenshot where you may see my tourney money balance and a failed registratin try to a tournament with a buy in lower than my TM balance.

Hope you will not need to ask me if I'm sure of the picture attached to my email.
If someone may explain how to insert a picture here i will do here as well

It does count when the tables are not active and each table you sit at counts towards the bonus, however if you sitout or leave a table when another player joins that table, you will be disqualified from the bonuses for that day and future days if there is abuse.  The system is set to monitor this.  Thank you.

i know it counts as long as your sitting in waiting, not sure about the more tables at the same limit tho

How do minutes sat leaderboards work?

Does it count when the game isn't active? Do tables stack(playing 2 tables=2x the time?)

When we didn't hear from you we thought the problem was solved, however we are looking into this right now as this is the first time and now second time we are hearing about tournament money not working properly. 

yep i just tried and its not working for me anymore was working a few days ago

Yesterday I wrote support this message:


" Hello,I have 2,63 tourney money in my account I earned last few days thanks to your great promotions. I just tried to register to
"1 Chip Rebuy - 20GTD", starting 29/04/2014 16:00, using those tourney money but dialog windows tell me I do not have enough Tourney Money. But it is not true as I own 2.63 TM and registration only requires 1.05 TM.
May you please have a look into it and tell me which problem there is with my account?
I'm a bit disappointed I can't join that tournament, hope you will fix it as soon as possible.

"Please try logging out and logging back in. You should be able to login
to that tournament if the fee is 1 chip plus 0.05. Are you sure you are
not looking at the 5 chip 125 gtd rebuy?"

ARE U SURE THAT IS THE BEST ANSWER YOU MAY GIVE ME?

LOGGED IN AND OUT AND SAME MESSAGE APPEARED.

TODAY TRIED AGAIN THE SAME TOURNAMENT WITH THE SAME RESULT.

ALSO TRIED OTHER TOURNEYS WITH A BUYIN LOWER THAN THE TOURNEY MONEY AMOUNT PRESENT IN MY ACCOUNT BUT RESULT IS THE SAME.

SEEMS LIKE I CAN'T USE MY TOURNEY MONEY.

IS THERE SOMETHING THAT COULD BE DONE, OTHER THAN LOGGIN IN AND OUT TO SOLVE MY ISSUE?

Anyone had problems using tourney money or I am the only one?

We are currently testing our MAC version and web versions (no download) and we are being told they should be ready in the next couple weeks.  We willl keep you posted and thank you for joining us.

i tried to join him hes just sitting out and when he gets kicked off he doesnt come back till i leave

the guy is the scummiest guy on the site always late registering for tournaments right before the late reg time is up or right before someones about to get out and make the money

I played with him several hands at microstakes table. So there he isn't just sitting out.
Don't know about his behaviour at other stakes tables (noticed him sitting there as well).

is player rkmrzhtr just sitting out on tables to get the minutes seated bonus? thats dumb if u get it by sitting out. that guy cries about losing a 1 chip tourney theres no way he plays those tables

Can you tell me if you have any plans on making a MAC Compatable version on the poker software? im able to play it through a program called "crossover" but it doesnt function correctly, i would be on there much more if i were able to. thanks.

Sure.  If you go to the poker client you can organize the stakes by All, High, Medium, Low, Micro and Play Money

High - 5/10 and above - TABLES - Reykjavik, Rio De Janeiro, Moscow, Las Vegas
Medium - 1/2 - 2/4 - TABLES - Toronto, Beijing
Low - 0.25/0.5 - 0.5/1 - TABLES - Tokyo, Rome
Micro - 0.1/0.25 and below - TABLES - London, Sydney, Amsterdam, Casablanca, Barcelona, Paris
