betcoinsports, i would like to get my bonus and winning back to my account total (15.30 credits) to my poker account , i would write email to support and i did but i'm not sure if my email is activated because i didn't receive activation code to my email. please help.
edit: support replied to my mail but i dont have my credits back into my account yet.

The free credits are not put in place to play 15 minutes and then withdraw. They are to give you an experience of the website and if you win and meet the requirements they are free to withdraw anytime.

I tried to make withdrawal and now about 18 hours have passed and still didn't received my funds. If i go to financial history at betcoinpoker software the status is still pending. I read at betcoinpoker.com that it takes about 15 mins to withdraw. Please check it up. Transaction ID: 1295

Ok, i understand now. Could i get my 15.30 credits back to my account then? I will probably deposit later when there are any players playing. And could you tell me what are the requirments to withdraw those 10 bonus credits? Lets say i make 20 credits from 10 bonus credits, so what i can withdraw from them? what is the wagering requirments? thanks.
