Yes rakeback for the week of 3/7-3/13 should be completely updated within the next day and rakeback for the week of 3/14-3/20 will follow after that. Also it looks like the poker room is back online! Apologies for the inconveniences it's caused.

I agree that there is a lot of trolling going on in this thread
Remember when we were complaining about Betcoin overraking players for 600,000 hands? [...] Because we aren't trolling. We're bringing up serious problems in an effort to get them corrected. Unfortunately, when we bring up problems they are ignored by the individuals who will lose money by correcting those problems. That's why we have to stay vigilant. To try to convince these people to do the right thing.Maybe "trolling" is a strong word, but the part where people are bringing up issues unrelated to the current problem being addressed is not helpful (e.g. overraking, which players have now been compensated for). Let's try to stay focused on the problem at hand, which is why rakeback numbers aren't adding up for some players.
I clearly was using that as an example to show you how the vocal critics are NOT trolling. That fact that that issue hasn't been brought up shows that we aren't interested in trolling, just in having the right thing done for the players of the site.
Now, back to the issue at hand: Xiao, please show Ungod (in private) his affiliate feed, showing what you have received from Betcoin from being his affiliate in order to straighten the issue out between the two of you.

Look I'm not saying that your points aren't valid. I'm trying to gather info about what appears to be a lotal lack of tracking all together. Is anyone else experienceing this or is it just me? My player points have not accumulated in the past 3 days. I also have not gotten rake back for this week. This happening to anyone else?

I don't want to get off track, since ungod has a very real complaint and has address it very appropriately and deserves to get some answers. But I just want to point out why the whole "U GUYZ R TROLLIN" viewpoint is incorrect:

And then a couple weeks ago Betcoin said "oh yeah, we did do that, we're going to start processing refunds for players that we stole money from"? Have you seen any of us say anything else about that incident in here? Any of us saying "we were right, the shills were wrong"? Any of us taking Xiao to task for saying that the number of players affected was FAR smaller than the actual number?

He's posted his calculations showing that a couple percent of his rb appears to be getting skimmed somewhere, and if I were xiao, I'd be happy to show him the numbers that Betcoin provided to prove that I wasn't the one skimming the money.
It could very well be that Betcoin isn't giving accurate data to xiao, and that xiao's correctly and honestly distributing rb based on the information he's provided. In any case, it seems like it would be extremely simple for xiao to show that he's doing the right thing, and it might expose a problem with Betcoin's calcuations that haven't come to light previously. I don't see why this has to be an antagonistic exchange. It seems like it's in everyone's best interests to get this straightened out.

Your math is off. You assumed that all your VIP points come from poker and fail to consider what you receive from surprise box bonus, casino play, etc. Also WPN fees are in USD so there is a conversion rate. Frankly I'm surprised you guys aren't banned.
It seems like a really simple way to prove your point would be to show ungod what you received for his play. There's a clear breakdown in your affiliate center of his poker, casino, sportsbet, ect rake that you received. If you truly paid him 40% of his poker rake for a week it would be very clear and would take you ~1 minute to show him (in private of course, I know how you Betcoin employees like to dox loyal customers).
I'm not sure why you aren't doing this, especially since when you opened this thread it was always an option. It seems like one of your largest players has a concern and you are ignoring him and asking for him to be banned. That's just not good business.

Xiao, you are not the hand that feeds anyone. The players are the ones generating the revenue, not the other way around. You can pretend like you give it all back but we both know poker rake is peanuts compared to sports and casino revenue and you're just an affiliate saying whatever you have to say doing what you have to do to get as big a piece of pie as possible. Judging by your reaction to ungods request, that includes skimming off the top whatever you thought you could get away with.

I tried to get on to this site but think my current mac is out of date,any work around for this?
Mac 10.5.8
I keep loading till I hit:
You need to enable peer asisted networking for this in settings,reloa the settings and then click confirm.
If I click settings it takes me to adobe flash which I believe is unable to work now with older macs.
If I click confirm it repeats the process and way of getting around this.
Tried puffin on my cell and it sucks big time.

Xiao. As of a few days ago Betcoin stopped regestering player points, and I'm pretty sure no rake back has been processed. Is the site doing updates again?
