Is verification necessary for cashout when using BTC?
Thank you in advance.
Every other skin besides Betcoin on the WPN network will require that kind of verification, but Betcoin does NOT require it. The only requirements to deposit / withdrawal on Betcoin is to have a valid email address linked to your account and the ability to send/receive Bitcoin. This is by FAR the best thing about Betcoin, along with the ability to cashout the same day if not within an hour of your request.
@Xiaoxiao As far as rakeback goes though, it's been more than three weeks now and we still haven't been paid. I spoke with Betcoin again very briefly and they pretty much said that the issue is with my affiliate, that affiliates have been paid and they don't care whether or not they provide special affiliates with individual rake data anymore because they are getting rid of special affiliate deals. This is what they told me, so don't shoot the messenger here. Since you've always been on time, friendly and professional... I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt on this one... but when they said they were working on it two weeks ago it should've been fixed within a matter of days or even hours, if they were truly working on it actively. This sort of coding fix should only take a matter of hours, at most! I'm not even a professional programmer and I could create a quick fix for them in a matter of minutes if I had access to the source code. All they need to do is pull the same user rake data from the database that they're using to pay their own rakeback, do a little math on it, and provide corresponding affiliates the numbers in the same or a similar manner as they were before the client update happened. When they said they were "working on it," I think they just meant it was on the list, probably at the very bottom. I say this because when I spoke to them recently (I haven't taken more than ten minutes of their support time total, or bothered them extensively, so they have no reason to act salty to me about it...) they basically act as if it's never going to be fixed. They say "payments have already been made and that's the end of it," they act as though they do not care at all, they say that the issue is with my affiliate and that they are "getting rid of special affiliate deals anyway." If they do decide to actually fix the issue before "getting rid of special affiliate deals," it could be months from now before anything gets done. That's what they told me word for word, by the way... and although I've also been told previously that it's being worked on, I simply don't believe it for a second because it would be fixed by now even if it was just one guy with a million other things to do first. It's an extremely easy fix for them, and again, when I speak to them they act like they don't care, tell me it's my affiliate's fault and tell me that deals like this are going to be gone soon. Needless to say this concerns me a little bit. You said you'd stopped speaking to them about fixing the issue two weeks ago and didn't want to bother them anymore but I urge you to contact them again and get to the bottom of this since they're going to be a lot more likely to listen to a large affiliate than they are one single player. I've only contacted them two or three times, for no more than a couple of minutes each time, and I've always been very understanding and friendly when speaking to them... they have no reason to act like they don't care about this issue unless they truly didn't care. Please speak to them for us, if you can... and try to find out what the hell is going on because most of the time they tell me that I need to take the issue up with my affiliate and act like they don't give a shit. I'm trying my best to be patient but it's starting to get old and from what they are telling me, it sounds like the issue will never be fixed. They can't be "working on" a five minute math problem for months at a time, it just makes no sense.
