Did you get the information that investigation may take up to 1095 days from their official representative/support? If it is real, it does not make senses at all to have that long time although I believe there is no bookies that will take up to that long for investigating bets.

Good thing they don't have a minimum withdrawal and I agree it's a good suggestion to include it somewhere in the guide or in the FAQs.
