Funny thing that i placed similar bets at betfair exchange and obviously all of them was paid out, and I pretty much sure that every other bookmaker have not problem with this game. The provided link on the last post redirect you to http://www.betcrypt.io/ which is indeed not working but if we use the provided link on the OP then it will redirect you to https://betcrypt.io/ which is working fine.
He must be type the link manually when posting his last post but unfortunately he seems to be gone after that post although his last online was a month after his last post.

We have just seen 2 complains already here, first is the one related to unsettled bet with dishonest sports behavior reason and you are the 2nd related to cashback/risk free bet or whatever you are referring to.
Unfortunately, the official representative is not online in this forum for around 3 weeks.

Non major tournament/league should not be a reason imo, there should be a valid reason why they think that the game is dishonest. If no other bookies had no issues with this game, basically there is nothing wrong with the game and betcrypt should be able to resolve your issue fast. Keep updating your issue in this thread and hopefully it will be resolved in the best way and fast as what they told you.

Right, a business should promptly resolve the issue as fast as possible because either the issues pile up and they will not resolve anything anymore or their reputation might get soiled just like what happened to 1xBit.

They should honor what they say to their players. Shortly means long days of waiting? I guess, if they want to attract more players, they will resolve issues in prompt manner so they are not leaving the player hanging. And with good experience, they can endorse it to others. Website looks a lot like sportbet.one, very similar actually, sorry to ask again if its beein done so how is betcrypt.io related to them? I've been playing around with some EOS casinos actually but not with sportbetting. I already have tokenpocket but it still asks me to download the wallet. Can't betcrypt.io make the wallets like wombat users connect?

Did you get the information that investigation may take up to 1095 days from their official representative/support? If it is real, it does not make senses at all to have that long time although I believe there is no bookies that will take up to that long for investigating bets.

Their turn around of resolving issues here is really very long. If this is how they resolve issues here, most players who submitted their complaints may already forgot their case especially those with small funds involved. And also, the dishonest sports behavior is quite vague. Maybe you need to ask them the specifics so you know what they are referring here.
