After checking out the support section in detail, I don't think a separate FAQ section is necessary, but the support section needs to be organized better and it needs to answer some important queries such as minimum deposit, minimum withdrawal etc.Do you think that a FAQ is also necessary in addition?

Our platform has been developed from scratch, it is not a white label solution already in use. So we are aware that there must be some technical adaptations during this launch, but these free tournaments allow you to test without any risk.
The email address was confirmed, but yesterday, after confirmation, it was not possible to log in to the account, today, after re-confirming the email address, it was possible to make changes to the profile and log in successfully.

I can see that their representative already gave you some solutions. Won't you give them another chance and try the solutions given to see if the site will work properly now? I think it's normal for some gambling sites to have an issue like this but they will always find a way to fix the issue as that can affect them.It doesn't really mean that they are shady but if you are still in doubt then check the users review on this thread and then check the op's trust page. It is said that you can play on them for free and still manage to win a real reward. This is one of the greatest thing about them. So go on and play without having to deposit your own money.

We prefer USDC to USDT (which is more controversial).
