They don't look appealing at all for me. As example: " win 5 times in Crash with a multiplier higher or equal to 10". Minimum bet size is 1.5$ and the reward is 0.00005$... Long story short, after second temporary ban, I am not facing any problems anymore. Been testing platform yesterday evening and gambled a bit this morning. As the bans were temporary, I did not worry about them much, just waited, did other things (like worked lol). Perhaps, I get another one soon, or temporary bans became regular, I would contact support. So far I dont plan to bother them with my little problem.

This is just weird.
Usually, if a site, for security reasons, as it considers, restricts access through a VPN, then as a rule they use the IP base that provides the vpn. And in this base almost all IP are contained.
Of course, new and old ips constantly appear and disappear, but this is a relatively small stream compared to all existing vpn servers.
Of course, individual countries can also ban what they have been practicing lately. But the server itself may be in another country, for example, in border areas. So it's just a fragmented, frivolous vpn blocking.

I know what you guys is pertaining but the warning message when IP restriction is the problem doesn't show that you are temporary ban but rather the game is restricted to your IP location. The case of @toptort is different on what you are describing because I experience too the IP restriction some games in Betfury and even VPN can't solve it because they can detect IP coming from VPN. His problem is about his account itself not the IP and VPN will not gonna solve his problem imo. I regularly bet on Betfury sportsbook and never encounter the same issue @toptort brought up since I don't claim daily spin and participate on tournaments.

@Toptort, There's something wrong on your account that gives flag to Betfury security. You should pay attention on that and report it immediately.

Yeah you're right it's not betfury that banned user accounts, when players change their internet network/connections or use Premium VPN everything will run smoothly without problems, or try using betfury's mirror link if players still face issues.

I don't usually pay attention on daily bonus and ranks there but it will be good if you can share us the reason in case you decided to ask support.

Sometimes we all make mistakes, I remember mistaking btc and eth as well, thought I was gambling in ETH, when I was gambling in btc, this was years ago and another place, but I lost way more than I anticipated because of that, still was an amount that I was willing to lose because otherwise I do not gamble with it, I do not risk it, but I learned, and I double check everything nowadays.

Learn things the hard way but like he admits things it's his mistake, and he is good, he will move on and try not to repeat that same mistake again, the good catch here is he will be more aware of whatever he will do. From now on, for sure, he will check each bet that he will be making. It will be an additional precaution and making sure that he will not commit that same mistake.

It's not possible for you to have that without being the initiator to it, but with such experience once it is confirmed that your coins were still intact with the same amount then you don't need to worry it's just been converted, another move you can make is to contact the support channel for further complaints if needs be and it may also be as a result of updates, then I think that should be communicated to users.

I thought I transfer alreadyy balance from metamask to Betfury wallet then I overlook my BFG balance as BUSD which is low compared on what I supposed to received from my deposit. I chat the support and I notice that I still didn't confirm my BUSD transaction on metamask which is the reason why my balance is still empty. Cheesy
