It's great that devs are developing the ability to use the token in this way.
It is clear that almost no one will give up staking, but farming is still a more complicated process.
I wonder how many players actually took advantage of this opportunity. And was it really necessary to introduce such a function? However, the extended functionality, of course, makes the token more developed and advanced.
But I don't think there are many real players using farming.

I've seen very few complaints. There are always going to be some people who are unhappy but when you compare this to the amount of people that are farming then I would say they made the right decision. They even had a vote and an overwhelming majority voted in favor of adding a farming feature. Some people might end up dumping the tokens they farmed and that would affect the price but it will not go to zero because people will still want BFG to earn dividends.
BFG is on experimental stage and keeps adding features and innovations on their site and each time they do that they always ask the community to poll if they want it added, this what makes Betfury one of the best gambling sites in the industry, they introduce new innovation they are always giving us on an update, some of the features are not on their roadmap, they just added it later, the goal is to make BFG on the top 100 in the market, and I guess they are on target.

That is exactly what the complaints have been about, I mean if you are going to end up gambling here then it is great but if you are going to use this place (or more like biswap) as just a farming token place then this token will become worth zero eventually, it is just not the way it should be used at all. A lot of people have been saying this but they have been ignoring it all together, why keep ignoring something that people keep being scared of? It is just impossible to let it be because let's be honest this is a casino first and foremost and it is a token afterwards, token was created for gambling, gambling wasn't created for token, people mix that up. I really hope that we will see a lot more marketing, especially considering they ended up selling their tokens for high amounts as much as 20+ dollars each, so they should have enough money to do high amounts of marketing.

I don't think it will be implemented because there is already a staking and farming system there. Actually I would prefer if they keep improving considering there are still some bugs on the site I stay away from this site because I'm not comfortable with bugs.
What's the main bug you are having? I agree, that the site is not working perfectly, sometimes I get kicked out of a in-house game without reason (or it suddenly stops without reason) but for the rest I am quite happy with the site and I keep on playing it mainly because of the staking (and now farming also).

Token wasn't created for gambling, token was created as a loyalty token, we earned that token by wagering, and locking those loyalty tokens grants daily dividend payouts (before we had to lock tokens in order to receive dividend payouts)! That is still there, just with holding BFG tokens on a site you are eligible for daily div payouts! But we could use that token for gambling too, or auctions... now we can use it for other things as well!
I am not sure that motivation for gambling at Betfury comes from mining BFG tokens only! It's just one of the features, a pretty nice one... and now people can choose to farm more tokens or to continue to receive coins with staking, either way, it's an individual decision! I don't understand from what can you be scared off?

This is a great promotion and a very good strategy, at least for me the Olympic games are too important and I don't care about the schedules, I always see them, this time many bettors will undoubtedly play. 178% is still incredibly good APR. There is nothing in centralized finance that could compete with those kinds of returns. In theory a $100 investment could make you a millionaire in less than a decade if you compounded every day. The reality is that those high percentages aren't sustainable due to the limited supply of BFG but this is still a great investment opportunity for the brief period that we are able to do farming.Staking is for locked tokens what I get when I play games if the period is over maybe I'll move it too.
On top of that why would I compare it to some banks savings account interest rate when I can check all those other farmings on both BSC and ERC20 which has more returns? So it is not really that simple to say "wow its 178%!!!" and get in.

That is what I have said for a month now, but for some reason they do not care. I understand that BFG being listed is a brand new thing and that is why marketing is focused on that right now, that is understandable and I can accept that. But all those gambling, all those casino games, all those boxes, everything like that needs to be seen as something that we all come here for.
If we are coming here for BFG and not the casino then the casino will be gone, and BFG will become worthless as well. The path to make BFG very valuable is to make it actually worth it that much, how do you make it actually have a worth? You end up giving more and more dividends, well how do you pay high dividends if you are not going to have any gamblers? And how are you going to have a lot of gamblers if not for marketing? These are all very simple concepts that nobody seems to care, I see not so great future here if they do not start the marketing for casino again.

Having the farm might be a good way to introduce DeFi people to gambling. If you go to Las Vegas casinos will offer all kinds of things that are not related to gambling to attract new people. They have concerts, boxing, UFC. They do not have to limit themselves just to gambling. As long as they are getting visitors all of them are potential gamblers.

they also consider as possible players after the said events are done.
The marketing team needs not to stop in finding more ways to drive gamblers to visit and use the platforms.

What bothers me now is the end game for their tokenomics and lack of economic game theory. It seems like they didn't ever have decent plan, they were only interested in liquidity and how to rise it artificially. Original token use case will go down the toilet when you can make more bfg by farming and not gambling.
There would have been many elegant solutions but i am not wasting any more time with this one, it was all gamble anyway (pun intented). I just hope that there will be a new site with better plan. Hopefully this works out for you guys.

It was a gamble from the start, and we were getting something extra from that gambling/wagering! Now BFG is a token for itself, it can be used for different things, staking for coins, or farming more BFG, or simply you can gamble with them! The ones who are farming it can't stake, and vice-versa... I don't farm, so I am not sure, do we need to lock tokens for some specific period, that would exclude gambling with them, while you can combine staking and gambling! Anyone can choose the best option, in order to make more BFG, but I don't think it will stop people from gambling further on a site, after all, some of us like to gamble, and now we have more options for BFG's we have!
