Hello everyone, yesterday I came online to update the first page for the newcomers, but realized would have been good to also post it separately in the thread:
After a huge surge of traffic post launch, our servers were overloaded, and the site needs some extra tweaks before opening it up to a mass audience.
We have been working hard all week to get things perfect, and the developers have reported that the grand opening, part #2, will occur next Monday!
We would like to invite the community to test BeTheHouse.com before Monday! If you'd like to test the site, please let us know in our Telegram! It would be very helpful, and we will work hard to fix them as fast as possible.
Real quick a few things I scrolled over:
1. STACK is not the BeTheHouse token, but from one of our partners stacker.vc, please check them out as they are doing some really nice things as well.
2. @robelneo, deposits should be fixed by now, otherwise please contact us on Telegram for support. Do note, we are still working on fixing withdrawals.
3. The timer of the next STACK payout is correct as we aim to relaunch our leaderboard upcoming Monday the next payout will be 24h later.
4. FYI, Dice Mining mode has been turned off till further notice. Dice Manual and Auto mode is available including slots.
5. With some slots it may look like your balance is gone after you're done. A workaround is to go to the Dice page that will resync your balance again. We are working on a better fix.

The countdown time for the Daily Stack reward shows more than 100 hours for the next payout.
Is this also the effect of your bugs? It does not make senses to see that 100+ hours countdown because it should be 24 hours max as it is daily reward.
Its been like this since several hours ago, if it is a bug then why didn't you fix it?
It should not be a big deal to fix such small visual bug IMO especially you looks like a site with great starting bankroll and offering many promotions for your launch.

That’s a great traffic during the introduction, and its normal for them to experience some crash at first since they didn’t anticipate the volume but hopefully they can address this one as soon as possible. I also want to try this new gambling site and be the house, waiting for the site to get back and operate smoothly.

A new comer will be the player, and the house will gain from it but later on they’ll become a house too, and that’s the time for the house to house match.

ok I test the deposit I deposit a small amount of Tron there is no notification about a minimum deposit, it's been 24 minutes on the block explorer it's fully confirmed but on my dashboard, it's not yet arrived. hope dev will fix this, I wonder if I am the only one with this kind of issue.
any update regarding this issue? OP seems not to be actively checking this thread but he did say that they are having launching issues and a performance upgrade is being performed. it's probably the reason why you are experiencing the issue right now.I checked my account to see if my wallet was credited, it was not yet credited it's been 24 hours, I checked the developer's profile, he did log in today, he did not address this issue, I'm willing to give him another 24 hours, I understand it's a new gambling site and prone to bugs if you are going to deposit, deposit at your own risk.

What is $Stack exactly? It's a new cryptocurrency? On which blockchain is it working? Are there some other platforms currently using this crypto or is it a pure homemade crypto?
My initial guess was that it is this one > https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/stacks/.It's not a new coin. It introduces smart contracts and decentralized applications to the Bitcoin ecosystem. Based on how they describe it on the official website, it seems to have a stacking feature where users can earn bitcoins as reward for stacking their STX tokens.
But after scrolling down on https://bethehouse.com/, you can find some more info that says that STACK is actually an ERC-20 token that is listed on Uniswap.

So far it's not yet on my dashboard it's been 9 hours, it's a very small amount of Tron just to test the deposit, I am aware of the bug but I've seen some people already playing in the dice game so I figure that the deposit is already fixed, we'll give dev, more time to fix this and will give an update on the development.

considering it's brand new there is no free spin here. the goal is to be part of the house right which is why as players we receive STACK. i register because i wanna check what sort of game is the AztecMagicDeluxe but i can't even see what sort of game that is without depositing. this is got to be the disappointing casino i have seen so far that's been promoting itself but not showing until you deposit.

Welcome to the forum, indeed you guys have a nice site interface and responsive as well, it's pretty rare to see such kind of design from a new gambling site nowadays. Regarding your HE (house edge) I have the same opinion as others that it kinda high but I don't think you guys will decrease it in the near times, I just wondering whether the dice games run on wax blockchain as well such as earnbet?
By the way, is it necessary to use your ref link as a link tracker? Why not use a third-party service for that?

I like the design and I like the dashboard very colorful the dice design is very familiar, I hope you can launch a signature campaign soon when things are settled and all bugs are fixed, I hope I can participate in the signature campaign where the rewards will be credited to our account, so I will have additional funding.

It's a good website, I visited there by now and everything is good, from the TOS to KYC/AML, and the policy that should age 18+ regulation was there.
But I think if a player gamble with a small amount there is an exemption of the KYC/AML verification? Just like if I wanted to gamble just because of having fun.

Certainly you have a record already from the moment you published one of the longest and more detailed Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering policies ever seen on a crypto casino platform. It is a bit too much for what you offer at the moment but I guess you need that as per the requirements of your license.

The opening post is with a full list of big promotions. We've got more number of Casinos and now one more site getting added to the list. Going through the site, it is fast responsive and has good interface which is much expected from the users. The site seems to have its own tokens and provides with the staking access, so that more users will prioritise these as a form of investments. However the site needs to prepare itself to compete against other casinos, because already there is good number of Casinos with good reputation.

it seems that there are still some not so good feedbacks that the site are recieving but thats fine because we have a different taste and cant just simply agree with what we are seeing . in addition some have registered and try the game right away and they know more better and can tell if what are their experiences while some are simply good at visiting the site and looking at it and based thier feedback at it without even trying how the site exactly works .

People would be waiting before the update would be finished rather than on making out deposits when the site is still experiencing or bugs at the moment.Why would be letting deposits if you can simply hold it back or temporarily disable and resolve out the current problems and then announce it later on if its been fixed already.
The UI is clean and i do love the simplicity of the site.
