Just a quick login here everyone. Apologies for the lack of response. Some of you will probably have already noticed. We are having some launch issues. Performance upgrade is being worked on as well as accounts being stuck and not showing correct balance. Funds are safe! No question about that. Also withdraw request has a bug we are focused on. We have done a small amount of marketing outside, but we hold off on some of the bigger stuff. We want this casino to run smoothly first.
Their will also be an automatic withdraw system, but we want to make sure it's 99.99% safe, secure and correct before deploying it. In the meantime we have this manual process in place where your withdraw will be handled within 24 hours (as soon as these bugs are fixed)
So for now I do recommend you to take a look, you can deposit, but you might run into some bugs resulting in some wait time. I'll be back for an update on these bugs when solved. Afterwards I'll check up on some of these unanswered questions as well.

Welcome to the forum, indeed you guys have a nice site interface and responsive as well, it's pretty rare to see such kind of design from a new gambling site nowadays. Regarding your HE (house edge) I have the same opinion as others that it kinda high but I don't think you guys will decrease it in the near times, I just wondering whether the dice games run on wax blockchain as well such as earnbet?
By the way, is it necessary to use your ref link as a link tracker? Why not use a third-party service for that?

Loved the UI and design of your site op. It looks trendy and clean. The number of cryptocurrencies available as payment methods is another big plus point though the 2% house edge on dice needs to be decreased to 1%.
Many popular crypto gambling sites offer Dice with a house edge of 1% or lower. FAQ section along with an explanation related to STACK tokens needs to be added asap.

I see that for using your website customers need to pass some three step verification if they want to withdraw anything to their wallets, and everything over $2000 we need to send ID.
Then there is something for $5000, and it's to complicated and more strict compared to all other betting websites we know from Bitcointalk forum.
This should be lowered and adjusted in my opinion.

Thank you for the kind words everyone. I can assure you we are having big things planned and marketing is certainly part of it. We have also hired a marketing agency to help us do a lot of heavy lifting in terms of marketing. In time we might do some in between forum post ads or something like that, but nothing has been planned yet. Right now we are still working hard on landing this launch safely on to a stabilized environment. There are some launch bugs the Devs are working hard on right now (in case you have experienced some of them).

I'm curious to ask whether you are planning on advertising here in the forum? what I mean about it is a signature campaign or an in-forum ad? if you are wondering if the signature campaign works just check the most popular site in this forum and you'll know that having a signature campaign brings traffic and possible gambler to your platform. Welcome, I know the concept's not new but having a casino with a betmining token come and make a thread, that's not always the case. 2% dice edge is a bit much, but I suppose if there are other ways to reduce the HE, you might go the distance.
Sorry if this is already obvious also but... where does the player "Be the House"? I was hoping to see some bankroll invest option or something. Always on the lookout;)

It would be more attractive if you show what you offer instead of ETH in Bitcoin, also the fees would be great if for Bitcoin you could implement Lightning Network, you have cryptocurrencies like TRX, but it would be great if you could do an internal exchange so that players had that tool that right now it would attract attention.
