Yeah maybe if they could exclude users who will only use cryptocurerncy or maybe conduct some basic KYC such as asking for number and email address and for the crypto users only and for users who will use fiat then they could ask them for the KYC including valid ID.

The design of your platform is not that bad but I suggest that you will change your font for your text so it can be read easily or you can just bold it a little. How exactly is the layout good? Its just a generic signup page and nothing flashy. First impressions of this website are pretty bad in my opinion and I would not consider investing here unless op redesigns this website from the ground up.
First impression is the last impression. No one will visit this site again if they will see such a dull page in the beginning. I think it is time that OP bring up with some interactive layout of his site.
