yes, the account needs to receive a deposit before a withdrawal can be initiated. This is part of the transaction system and is designed this way to prevent bonus fraud.

Regarding the "confirm" button, you should see it at the top of the form. There is a "step 1" button selected in red and to the right there should be "confirm" which you can press to check that all info is complete and complete the registration. (see screenshot below)

On vertical there is no even captcha i can see when i turn it i can enter captcha but comfirm button not showing to hit. I Just try still same problem. Im using ipad ios 8.3

Yes you're right, its completely risk-free like no deposit bonus by other casinos. The difference is just the amount of the rollover requirements.
