What I understand with the minimum deposit requirements is that the site should receive 0.001BTC total.
They don't care about how much you will pay as transaction fee but it should be the net amount.
However, you can still clarify this matter with betja support via telegram if you want immediate answer.

Don't know it supposed to work, but I have waited 1h, collected my second free btc, and made a bet of sat while having 200 sat on my balance. When you click "max" and place a bet, you get a message that, for example, 500 on your balance is not enough to bet 500. Just click "down" make it 499, and your bet will be accepted. Maybe the idea is to always have 1 sat on a balance

My experience used their faucet, you can do 3x claim and after that have to do a bet with min odds of 1.4 and after that can return to claim faucet. @Betja, I sent a telegram message inquiring about my deposit tab. I don't know why my deposit tab is disabled? Also, is the minimum deposit of 0.001BTC for the withdrawing of earnings from free BTC be okay if deposited in staggered amounts? Not a one-time deposit. This topic has already been mentioned several times in this thread. Limits probably are set individually, but the system does it automatically. If you want to increase the limit, you need to talk about it directly with the support.

Based from their faq, https://betja.com/faq, they have no minimum or max deposit.
But of course, in terms of withdrawal, just check each coin their min amount as well as their fees.
You can easily check it in their withdraw tab, and select each coin and the min withdrawal + tx fee will be displayed.
