I have EXCHANGE button. From what I see, I think it depends on the user, his balance or betting history, what kind of buttons he has. If you make a big bet (it was an almost all-in in my case), I think you might get your Free BTC button back.

For the Free BTC faucet, week starts from Monday to Sunday? Or from the moment you make a claim? While using it, I've got several scenarios. I've claimed about 3k, and in the middle of the week was asked to wait for a next week. Or same scenario, but on Friday or Saturday managed to claim. As far as I know, this has no requirement of wagering of the player. Anyone can claim. However, to prevent the abuse, betja has put a 1mBTC deposit requirement with a minimum 1 time rollover at 1.40 or above bet. I think that's enough for now, however, they can also introduce new rules if the abuse go beyond expectation.

Actually their system does it to prevent the abuses. Faucet claim option was available for me again when I made a deposit into my account and requested for the withdrawal. I think the free BTC option will be available for you again if you make a deposit or loss your current balance.

I haven’t yet checked but this is not the way to use a faucet. This faucet was there for people who lost all of their balance or people who want to test the site. However, for your info, to withdraw the winning from free btc, you must have a deposit of 1 mBTC with at least one bet placed with 1.40 odd or above.

If limits are being lowered, it is probably for good reason. If the limit is granted individually, the user can discuss it directly with the support. However, if this is a general regulation, it is possible that the bookmaker is worried about its solvency in the case of a maximum win.

Isn't it a good idea to raise those limits? With low limits you lose players quickly and it is not interesting for new players. It could work if you increase it.
