Yes, I've sent telegram. Their support has not been seen on telegram for 7 hours. That may be the problem, however, as they may be taking a day off or something similar.
I have been using them fine for some time now, and to be honest I was very happy with them, they have many positives, but last week or so I ran hot and I have built my balance up to almost half a bitcoin betting sports so now I am just a little worried.

Half a Bitcoin is not a small amount. They will probably want to verify your winnings and will make withdrawal manually. It's Sunday and they probably don't have 24/7 service so just wait until tomorrow and I think everything should end happily.

From what I have found out, Betja has never had any major problems or accusations of scam. It looks like they've been on market for a few years now, so I guess you have nothing to worry about. Contact the support and explain the situation, because in my opinion it is only a temporary problem. But of course, let us know how the case will go.

Having an account recently, everything was in order to receive Free BTC every hour. Betja has lowered the odds bets for users who want to make withdrawals from freebtc to only 1.1 odd, this is quite low in my opinion and can be said to be safe.
But I have a question, is this rule only for the first deposit or for every time a user makes deposit?

If not using the deposit bonus it is not required. It's just that every casino applies a minimum withdrawal limit in order to make a withdrawal.

DO you think 1.40 odd is quite high? Anything below 1.50 is quite a safe bet unless there's something stupid happen. I don't think it's unreasonable to ask for 1.40 odd. If it's lower, it will be a 99% sure bet which I think has no meaning of requirement. But it's a bid weird that they didn't mention it anywhere in their terms and conditions. They could have mentioned it in their terms and conditions to avoid any such chaos. And why it's not listed in their terms and conditions?

As for the betting part: I like their pre-match odds a lot, but limits are very low.
Regarding live betting, the odds seem to be much lower (bigger win margin) and I don't like them that much. Will mostly stick to pre-match betting.

This is true. I have noticed that for some matches we are only allowed to place one live bet for that event. If you try to place another live bet, the system won't accept it. For other events, there are no such restrictions. Hello Betja,
