I have sent a PM to the Betja representative on the forum, we'll see if he gets back to me. But as you said, this doesn't look good at all, I have asked friends from other countries to access the website, to no avail. Also, their customer support on telegram was actually deleted (I wasn't blocked) after I inquired about the withdrawal.
At this point I am not sure what to do, looks like they just took down the website and ran away with the money... Awful, really.

Betja website is not working for me too after trying with different browsers, and I didn't withdraw anything so I can't say anything about that.It's possible they banned access to your IP address for some reason, but you can try writing their support email on [email protected]
I see their forum account was active today so you can try sending him private message if he doesn't reply anything in public here, but this doesn't look good.

In the meantime, customer support has blocked me on telegram and the betja website seems to have been taken down, with my money locked on there of course...

Have you sent a PM to the BetJa admin in the forum about the problem you are currently facing? because I see the conversation above the BetJa forum admin will help with the problem if you experience it because I think he will definitely help you if the support can't provide a clear explanation.
Try PM the Betja forum representative I think he can solve your problem, if you don't break their rules.

about 2 days ago I still open and play at Bedja.com. and no problem. but today the website is not usually accessed, I think because my connection is down. but apparently, it is not accessible. there is no statement regarding whether service improvements are being carried out on the site.Thanks.

Both Betja.com and betja.io are same and owned by them but they prefer sharing betja.com instead of betja.io
I can't remember but few months back when I checked both url, I found betja.io was slower than the com domain. Not sure if it has been fixed yet ot not. I haven’t checked in a while.

I have faced the same problem like you. OP provided Betja.com link in his post while the title says Betja.io. So I tried to visit BetJA.io domain, then the webpage loaded without any issue. Maybe he have two domain of his website. One of them working perfectly and there is issue with Betja.com domain.
If it is two domain they are operating on, they should specify it on the OP so that users will know which of them to login. But when I login to the domain or the site that the OP provided as showcasing in a pictorial motional image. It opens smoothly and the features are okay on the platform. But what I will say is that if any one want to play you can go ahead but be careful because I have not seen their services, signature, and campaigns in the forum. I will also advise the promoter, manager or the representative in the forum to do well because good name is better than silver and gold. There should be no too much complain about the casino games because if there many Complains on the games, it will affect the population of the site. Which I mean that it will reduce the customers in the game platform. Therefore, maintain good reputation in the forum and outside the forum
would be nice if they will put it on their OP about the mirror site they have. so players will have no hesitations using the other site if they are encountering the main one. also, up until now, it seems they have no plans about sig campaign but they regularly have this bet free promotion in football. also, i think no complaints about withdrawal because they do complete the withdrawal orders on time. on the note of max bet per sport, they do have to work on it. because for me, this bookie is not for high rollers because they limit the max bet. but already good to avoid nonpayment of winnings.

That’s what betja told me.i think the faucet depends on the status of the player. they have their own parameters how they will identify who can have a faucet or not. it is not exactly clear about their protocols on this one. maybe reach out the betja support itself if you want to know why you don't have a faucet tab.

Cashout feature? no longer find it in prematch betting, seen that feature before here but somehow it's no longer available, once asked about it and the answer is that the feature is still there only on certain matches. This is the answer some time agothe Cashout is not a permanent thing, depends on the event it may appear or disappear.

I never knew how legit is this things but the problem is that all this kind of promo is not what they do every time and if you are following them some times you not be privileged to have the free bet, some platform do use bet free or promo to attract people or customers to the platform, what i will do is that i will put them in mind so that when next league starts i will be among of the players who will get the promo and experience if with promo you can win as big when you bet with your funds.Their free bet promotion is not same like others promotions, there when you become the winner and then you will get funds that must be used as a bet and if you win on the bet then the winning amount will enter the main balance, but the winning money that you get in betja you can immediately withdraw it to your wallet because it will be credited immediately in the main balance (where betja has no bonus balance and so on).
