Some people thought the same as you that the promo is over but in fact they did not log in yet before claim the bonus code. Have you logged in before you claim it? It is probably true that the promo is over because it is limited to 400 first people. But it is worth to try it again if you did not log in before you claim it.

It's most likely some network/display issue.

Sometimes it happens when you are open in multiple windows/devices.

If you did not set your email on your account then you wont get it. Have you saved your email under your account setting before this promo?

You had to have had a VALID email address set BEFORE the promo started and wagered over 0.01 Bitcoin.

Note I never put any restrictions on withdrawal or wagered, because I couldn't be bothered. But the people who withdrew instantly without playing will be marked as banned from any future promo Wink

You must be logged in to the account the email address is associated with.
If you created multiple accounts with the same email, the code may not work.
Check you haven't copied the code with space behind it.
