Normally I get a reply after a few minutes, But I have been waiting since yesterday also. Maybe the owner is on a bender of a lifetime and unable to reply in normal fashion.

Did you try refresh your site? i have same problem with you last time, and after 1 confirmation i did not get my deposit yet. Try to change browser and refreshing might be the best option for this. Actually their support really fast on response, you should wait for a little while then after they come back they will reply it soon
