Prices are low probably because of bounty dumping, and people selling their coins after seeing a large drop at the start, panic, and then decide to sell at a loss. Hitbtc price is still quite low at 1000 satoshis and my investment of 0.1BTC is now worth 0.065BTC if sold at current market rates, I wouldn't consider them good.

Poker is likely in development, and sports betting is definitely being developed right now. Dean has opened up the sportsbook for a few events since the ICO when a very popular event took place so it is probably mostly built, and being tested with more markets/events right now.
