Yes agreed with you that is really strange to put document to any unknown person just to do gambling when we have so many choices than that kind of condition will get them into trouble and many people will avoid it to place betting.

You can copy it while using mozilla but not chrome for me

and I think this is enough with the Term and Conditions issue, since i found this which is their rights to do so and they are not violating or responsible for that

Yes it is , I agree, but it is also your responsibility to check up each user, as each user submit a document, which of course you can verify if it is fake or real document, but in the end , after the user won, you withheld his withdrawal, I think this will be another cases if the user lost, but since he won, this issue is up to the surface since you blocked his withdrawal

As i see you allow everybody to register and deposit to your site and and after somebody try to withdrawal its funds you close his account if he is from a restricted county and you keep all his funds. You should not allow deposits until the user send his documents. But of course it is free money for you if somebody going into your trap.
