this is not good, proof of identity isnt actually needed since we are using cryptocurrency which one of the benefit is anonimous, if we actually wanted to play with fiat that require our identity, there are other sites as well, but this is cryptocurrency, its about anonimous
We agree Betkurus is not best choice for customers who don't like to go through KYC procedure. However, we can't allow underage players on our site (for example). Our point of view is that main benefit of cryptocurrencies is their convenience.

loaded by defaults? the site loaded as turkish for me and I need to manually change it to english, not a big issue anyway, but some user may have trouble to actually find how to translate it into english, perhaps you could add some symbol like flag on top corner to ease people to switch language to either english or turkish if they need to

Our view is that crypto is supposed to be convenient (fast, cheap etc). Anonimity is just current advantage of crypto which will decline with the rise of regulation.
