There are a couple of gambling sites before who also have a lightning network on them but they don't seem to be reputable up until now. First, I must acknowledge that you are right, but you must not say it as if keeping the campaign cost nothing, every company has their marketing budget and ones that is exhausted, it is at their discretion to either shut down the marketing or make provisions to keep it running if they are or were really getting value for the money being spent.
