The site looks great but if there were really withdrawal issues I'd stay away as much as possible from this site.

It is definitely not industry standard to have these manual withdrawals pending approval for a long time... Let alone a "financial department" that has to approve everything. Especially when they advertise lightning fast withdrawals.

When I read "financial department", I think that your withdrawal should be big enough for them.

i think it was a real thing because we have establishments that are open 24/7 unless if there is a problem with them and they need to close their service temporarily .

The casino will transparent to their member and will try to hide something and after the member fills the KYC, they can give some bonus or other things to make them happy.

But if the casino can choose between applying KYC and not applying, the casino can select both choices for their members. That will also give an option for their members to complete the KYC.
There's no forcing in the side of the government, everyone has to comply with the law even if it's just on the surface. I don't think that casinos will want KYC if they can avoid as much as possible so I disagree with your idea that they are going to do both if there's no need for compliance.

@DroomieChikito didn't see LN implemented in the website so I think that you have to double check what you've just seen. Good thing that you support businesses putting KYC because I do think the same too that they will probably be targeted for money laundering so they might as well play it that way to avoid big fuzz in the future.

An ongoing situation I have with them:

I have deposited and won last night, a total of ~ 0.22BTC won in total, deposits of ~ 0.034BTC. They are yet to process my withdrawal, as they say there is an error from their payment processing partner. I am a bit uneasy about that, given that the casino is very new and it seems odd that the error is only for my account. Anyway, I am not calling it a scam or anything, but I would be a bit cautious, since this never happens to me on bitcasino or other reputable sites, it is always fast and smooth over there.

I will, for now, give them the benefit of the doubt, but to be honest I am 50% inclined to believe I will never receive my winnings, which would be bad because I really dig the design and support of the casino.

Will keep everyone posted regarding the problem and if it will be/won't be fixed.

They paid me, in full. the issue, as they say, was from their payment processor so they did it in manual mode. all good for me, excellent support team!
