I understand, but look at it from the opposite perspective, you can see from the OP until now investors were way up as well. Variance is actually closer to expected value and it will probably go in waves over the coming months/years of our business; all we can do is enjoy the ride

The downside is to investors. The past week, investment return has been dropping by 2-6% a day, essentially tanking. All profit from the last 32 days has now been nulled and a 7% loss has been sustained, and is only growing, . I'm hoping this turns around at some point.
