Much worse is ignoring it and just say " sorry we will fix it " without even compensating anything. Some other sites even take a few days to address a concern raised which involving a missing funds from the player, clearly this is not ethical as a PR / admin should address a concern as fast as possible

I want to say that I do agree with something that was just said in chat a couple mins ago... it gives a warning/error when ev+, so it should have one if it's out of bounds on the lower end as well.

Based on the mathematics a little further up, it would take a bankroll of ~3 BTC to weather through all attempts to hit the "average" of hitting it. This excludes the fact that smaller wins will come here and there, and also excludes the bonus for hitting it. Overall, it's a great deal!
