we're seeing our site being VERY slow right now. I can assure you that our server is as relaxed as ever and after talking to MoneyPot/Ryan, we have confirmation that the slowdown is being caused on their end. They hope to have the issue resolved soon and we'll be able to enjoy our regular betting speeds once again.

Weird. Just tried the site on 2 devices, and I can't do anything. It's not even showing the other bets from others, my history, etc. On none of my devices can I get it to load properly

Everything working fine on my end. It could be either connection issue or the last update that pushes something wrong on your end. Did your account got automatically logged out ? If not then I suggest you to try logging it out and logging it in again ( sometimes this do the trick though)

Is this like connection issue?

A speculation, it could be

just I can't load my account tab. Always getting error message "Error processing your request ... please try again a little later" when I clicked Your Account tab.

Everything working perfectly on my end. A connection issue more likely ( happened to me alot when my connection is bad ). Can you try to log out and login again , kindly report back if the same thing still happen though

Well I dont know if this is the cause but alternatively you can use https://betterbets.io/app/game/dice/# to use the old UI ( this barely consume large bandwith ) because sometimes the new UI is harder to load if you got a bad connection . Also once you load the page, try to click to any other tabs aside from the "all bets tab" and see if that did the trick ( if you got a bad connection, that could be the issue though )

Cleared cache, no luck. I can view my balance (faucet, deposit, withdraw buttons do nothing). I can view plinko multipliers but can't bet. I can view total bets/cashback/etc. for everyone but no bets (including my own)... I can view tickets but can't see my user settings...

And I've relogged twice. Nothing is changing.

I had checked BCT before trying the site again today. Loaded up the site a minute or so ago and it's quick again. Maybe there was just high activity at the time, and that was causing issues for my end, or it could be location-based or something.

Well, MySql does index dives occasionally ... this means that it analyzes table data to ensure that index data is still correct; if it isn't, the index is updated. If you're unlucky enough to try to load the page right around the index dive time, you might see pretty bad performance for a few minutes because it's crunching through 40M rows on multiple indexes.

Glad to see your situation has normalized again; I'll still work on improving things, but at least there's not rush to it now.

Everyone there seems to be an connection issue with our site to the server our apologies while we correct this issue. I have contacted development and do not have a specific ETA yet but it shouldn't be too long.
Your funds are safe if needed just withdraw them back to your Moneypot wallet until we resume normal operations.


Games and bettting are running again while development looks into the issue thank you for your patience.

Why betterbets is so much laggy it is stopped working again and again so i have to refresh my page.

Nothing is stop working around here and everything works fine for everybody ( well except Ranlo whose account is being checked at the moment) . Are you sure you are even on Betterbets page? From the references below you can check on the players that are currently botting at the site without any issue at all
