You can still deposit rubies to betterbets, just withdraw rubies from c-cex to your deposit address on betterbets and it will be credited after 2-3 confirmation

It's happened to me too, but you need to refresh it again then wait a bit and change bitcoin to rubies then click deposit if still no rbies addy you need to refresh and do this till you get the addy.

Just looks like the capture below did not find any clues BetterBets.io may have to add way to simply deposit, I'm sure some people experience the same thing especially new players in BetterBets.io

Well, since BetterBets.io used API MoneyPot for BTC, that throttled will affected our side too. The same are not applied for RBIES betting, because RBIES is bet directly on our servers.
About the new game skill basis, the answer is no, is not a some kind of poker game.
