There are casino's that are not registered, why? In some countries they are not focusing with online business entities so they are free of operating and doesn't need a permit to operate but this only applies in some.

Illegal or not we should still abide the rules being set out by the government and we do know the consequences if they do caught us on doing prohibited things but still there are people who do resist and do still play no matter what. Each country do have their own corresponding laws and views towards online bitcoin gambling. Some are on neutral side some do already have strict prohibitions.

When bitcoin is illegal to that country = gambling with bitcoin is illegal either.
And if gambling is illegal to that country = bitcoin is illegal = gambling with bitcoin is illegal too. But with Indonesia, I don't know that bitcoin and gambling is banned there.

That can also be depending on the places where you are playing gambling, in such places where gambling is legal but bitcoin is not as legal currency, i think there they may not be allowed to play gambling using bitcoin, It may also not be consider as legal where gambling is not legal while they have turn bitcoin as legal currency. It can only be legal in such places where both gambling and bitcoin are legal.

Yes that is true for example in my country gambling is totally illegal, but our state do not have any decision on bitcoin, either it is legal or illegal, but if you are playing gambling using bitcoin then it is illegal because gambling is illegal either you play it using fiat currency or any other currency it will be call as illegal. But still most of the people who play gambling illegally online they use bitcoin for playing gambling which is a best option for them.

Even in some countries are allowed for gambling but they don't allow online gambling so if that is the case then you should think before disclosing your profit from online gambling to pay the taxes. Because even though you pay the taxes but it is not legal and you may be in a trouble.

I think it is very simple, if gambling is legal in your country, then you can play gambling with bitcoin or with any other currency. But if your country or religion do not allow you to play gambling then it is illegal either you are playing gambling using bitcoin or any other currency. In my country gambling is illegal therefore it is always illegal either you play it with fiat or bitcoin currency.

Well, choose those legit gambling site that did not prohibited gambling at your place, or choose bustadice or either bustabit these are friendly gambling site, easy to have your luck here when you start gambled.
