Josh GarZa. Z in there lol. But at least he is operating a business that actually delivers product. Hell Joshua Zipkin had a "cloud" service that was basically running out of what looked like a laundromat with power issues. He has abandoned the US market claiming we are sue crazy.  jzdtack624 is Joshua Zipkins skype name.  If you have Skype you should easily be able to verify that.

I have had personal interactions with Joshua Zipkin. I attempted to help to get the community refunds and for them to fulfil the MPP. Joshua Zipkin had a whole sob story about how things didnt go right and manufacturing problems. Meanwhile he had the money, AND was bragging about petahash farms, beating the class action, and moving operations away from the US. At the same time he said "fuck the MPP" read the chats above. I was customer 1 in those chats. It has been covered in the press as well.

Confirming AMT is an outright scam.  Stay away from them and stay away from any business associated with them.  Would be good to post info on related businesses too, I lost track a long time ago and wrote off this investment as a theft on my taxes.

To reiterate the scope of lies, AMT told me via private email in February that my miners would be shipped within a week.  We found out later that, at that point in time, AMT had not even retained a contract firm to design and produce its hashing boards!  So the promise to ship my miners in a week was an outright impossibility - e.g., lie.

The fact is there is plenty of information to determine that they have done nothing but lie time and time again. There are chats to even confirm that. I was one of the participants in those aforementioned chats and can provide more than just text on the very same chats (and have in some of the other threads). Most of it with Joshua Zipkin stating that he was not packing miners, but unpacking them because he had played favorites (something that made the crytptocoinsnews.com rounds).

I think the point is clear but they are insistent on trying to fleece people. its important to make sure we don't have another BFL on our hands here.

Oh and curiouser...I am reasonably certain AMT has not actually sued clenell. Since their post was dated August 4th next week would have been 3 weeks ago. But I suppose he can confirm that. Chances are they might try and sue me instead.

I'm not sure I've ever encountered a more concentrated proportion of sociopaths than reading through this forum.

In natural human populations it is less than 1% but on this forum its probably around 5-7%.
