One habit I picked up is trying to predict the correct scores of matches even if I did not bet on them. I see a match and subconsciously try to figure out who will come out on top, what the score will be, which players are most likely to score and other possibilities. But this could be down to my passion for the sports and not gambling.
It was a passion for gambling for me. I noticed that if I am not gambling, I may not check the score sites to know the clubs that are playing matches. But if I want to gamble on sport, I will check score sites and from there I can analyze and guess who would win a match. But some people that are not gamblers just like to do such prediction when common clubs in leagues like premier league are playing. I agree with what you said.

When you talk about gamblers perception towards games and what they feel about them when not gambling or not directly involved,  then you have to pick gambling like sport bets because since most games in sport bet doesn't require gambler participation so it easy to become a fan of the team of players that are playing the games without being involved.

E.g, those that bet of sport,  and have being fans of football games will easily watch the match without betting on them.

My personal observation is that I am now drawn to movies that have a casino story line. In the last couple of months I have seen more than 10 movies on gambling. It is almost relatable to real life. And I request that you reading  this recommend more casino movies with me. I tried it with casino books or novels but it is just boring.

I thought it was weird at first, because I know I’ve never fancied any movies that had to do with those type of storyline except it was a thriller movie or magical adventure type of movie but recently I noticed that I was able to complete “Uncut gems” without having to skip any scene of the movie. I guess my gambling habit might have contributed to it like you said.

As for me one of such hobbies /pastime is being active in a forum like this where there are gambling enthusiasts. I enjoy joining in the discussions that go on here, I also enjoy sharing tips and reading the experiences of other people with similar interests in gambling.
As a gambler, every single knowledge you get from playing becomes your experiences both during your loss and winning. With each of them you get to know ideas and strategies which may likely work out for you anytime you wish to gamble. Just like you said, this forum is the only place where many Gamblers gets to discuss issues relating to gambling and how to tackle these ideas. We get to share ideas and opinions so anyone and apply in their gambling activities. Also, I make predictions for other people to play with. Kind of like for fun but sometimes my friends do call me to say they actually won.

I'm not sure if that counts, but I was never into sports; I'd never watch a football match, except for special occasions such as the finals of the European Super League and when my country was playing. In simple words, I was never interested in or intrigued by football. After I became involved with casinos and gambling, I acknowledged the money-making opportunities I'd open by participating in sports betting, and I don't regret it. Now, I occasionally watch football, at least once or twice per week, mostly on Sundays that I have my day off, while I've made a reasonable amount of money through bets.

Only what I noticed is that I am close to some of my friends that are gambling. We talk about gambling and learn from each other. We do not use addiction to joke and we talk against it, how it can start and what someone can do to avoid addiction. Aside that I prefer also to post on gambling board on this forum also which has been very helpful for me.

What are some of the hobbies that you have picked up as a result of your long term gambling but that doesn't involve gambling? If you are an avid gambling who is not addicted that is you have control over your gambling you may have caught yourself unconsciously being attracted to so other activities within the sphere of gambling that doesn't involve wagering. As for me one of such hobbies /pastime is being active in a forum like this where there are gambling enthusiasts.
