See the Facts on Jon Fullenkamp here:

http://victory-energy-vyey.com/Unlawful.html

Unfortunately, the SEC has them but they have done NOTHING YET....

'Mr. Tim Pinchin is a criminal who recently plead guilty to separate Pump & Dump activities in Canada and the USA. (a) Mr. Pinchin was introduced by Victory CEO Jon Fullenkamp to two Board members, Rick May & Perry Mansell. Mr. Fullenkamp told the Board Members that the meeting needed to be away from everyone because of some "activities" by Mr. Pinchin. Mr. Fullenkamp also told the Board Members that Mr. Pinchin was working with Mr. Fullenkamp. Mr. Pinchin expressed at both meetings that "he and Mr. Fullenkamp had a plan to quickly boost the price per share, making everyone money". (b) At a later meeting, Mr. Pinchin and Jon Fullenkamp met secretly with Board Member Perry Mansell to talk Mr. Mansell into voting for Mr. Fullenkamp's expensive employee contract (quote from Perry Mansell). Mr. Pinchin, by agreement with both security agencies, CANNOT associate with Mr. Fullenkamp. Mr. Fullenkamp cannot associate with Mr. Pinchin.

Board Members Rick May and Perry Mansell signed a Board Resolution on February 13, 2008, at Mr. Fullenkamp's strong request, to immediately provide Syndication Capital LLC, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, 4,275,000 Victory Energy free market shares at a public sale price somewhere between $0.10 and $0.40 per share, "as a financial inducement to Syndication Capital to invest in Victory Energy". There was NO investment by Syndication into Victory! Pennsylvania State records show the corporation address and officer of Jody Pinchin, 14065 A Magnon Drive, Del Mar, CA 92014.
Guess who's pockets these funds went into an SEC Rule lists this as an illegal activity.

Unless the SEC has a habit of just mailing out notices using any addresses they please, it looks like Brett Everett just recently moved his operation(s) to Las Vegas. Hey, maybe he plans on running for governor just like Sonny's Daddy-O, James Ray Houston, The Silver King.

Perhaps, Brett can convince the SEC to settle what's owed via DOGE as soon as he finds time to simply file what being requested regardless the amount.

Bitcoin Mining: BTC

The company is in development of a 100 TH/s mining pool.

The company will be investing in the required hardware needed to provide the targeted 100 TH/s rate over the period of six to eight months.

The company will be operating this cyber currency mining center in an open pool configuration allowing other miners to join the pool for a proportional percentage share of the mining pool production.

Hey, Brett, meet Amy and Bryan Ballard of Netsolus in KC that were also goin' use Monarchs for their pool that never materialized. Thank God you have BFL's BetVIP mining on your pool. That's some party! Get one more miner on your pool and you'll need an essential employee like Bruce Peterson to manage it, siphoning off bitcoins for his self-imposed bonuses like he did at BFL.

https://coinreport.net/netsolus-hosting-custom-made-gears-bitcoin-network/

Quote
Netsolus is quickly gaining traction in the digital currency world by hosting custom made gears for the rising network. Based in Kansas City, 75% of the profits for the company are coming from bitcoin customers. The thriving company is now creating custom data center for big industrial mining customers.

About Netsolus

The company is thirteen years old and has, in past, focused on colocation and managed services. It found the bitcoin market through its connection with a Kansas City company that created custom ASIC hardware for mining digital currency called Butterfly Labs.

Netsolus’ Vision

Bryan Ballard, the Chief Technology Officer at Netsolus, commented on the company’s vision and plan for its consumers at the Inside Bitcoins NY conference.

“We’re going to be bringing close to 20 megawatts online.”
Ballard also explained that they are seeing more demand from the industrial miners.

Netsolus is amongst the great examples of data center providers taking advantage of the digital currency phenomenon. It is creating a business revolving around the needs and demands of the digital currency community. The company has made certain alterations to meet and accommodate the requirements of mining hardware processors.  Mining hardware setups consist of custom chips called Application Specific Integrated Circuits aka ASICs that are constantly running and at the same time crunching data for producing bitcoins.

The new facilities used by the company will be different than its primary data center based in Oak Tower, an earlier center for AT&T in Kansas City. The bitcoin mines that Netsolus plans to build will feature lower tier facilities that are in contrast to the traditional raised floors and repeated power infrastructure. Instead, it will have powered shells with block floors filled with custom ASIC system on the shelves.

Currently, Netsolus has five data centers and additional custom bitcoin mining sites tallying to approximately 3 megawatts of power capacity.

Netsolus remains reserved and judicious about the details regarding the growing sites and the consumers are happy with that. Ballard stated that the company keeps the locations of the sites a secret and they all have codenames. He further revealed that there are twenty employees in the company and only three of them know where all the centers are located.

Wait, are you saying Jeff Berwick is involved with these scamming mother fuckers?

I have no proof, nor plan on seeking such, baring in mind that any grand marketing scheme needs a voice on the airways, in which case Jeff fits the bill handsomely. Recall, he told his audience that he was only goin' down to Argentina just for a look-see at Casey's Galt's Gulch with no intention of purchasing, but came back to the airways championing the enterprise. In fact, there's a thread about it on this very forum, leaving it to you guys to hunt it down because currently I'm taking a shit and don't what to get my hand dirty prior to wiping my ass.  Roll Eyes

Shy of proper articulation, I'm leaning toward the theory that Satoshi Nakamoto is made of those in Doug Casey's camp, with the moniker being a clever marketing ploy because everybody loves a good whodunit.

Exactly how Sonny and BFL fits in all this is still unclear, but if I were in Sonny's shoes I would have no problem in having extra batches of chips manufactured and turned into miners unbeknownst to anybody save those he truly trusts, then distributed accordingly, paid for via bitcoins to unknown wallet addresses. I'd loved to have been a fly on the walls when BFL sat up in Argentina during some conference.

Upon reading http://www.dollarvigilante.com/blog/2014/8/27/the-good-the-bad-and-the-ugly-on-galts-gulch-chile.html I feel that Jeff's a good guy, but could have easily been played by Doug Casey if he, too, like Ken Johnson, is acting nefariously.

I've connected two former associates of Sonny Vleisides to Doug Casey, one of which is behind BTC Pool Party selling it as a bag of goods, yet only has one miner uses its services of which is directly connected to BFL even after claiming to have a successful outing at the New York Bitcoin Conference less than two months ago.

Somewhere along the way, I got involved with the BFL project.  (No one from the indictment is involved in this company, in fact two of them have since died including my father.)  With regards to BFL, I'm proud to have played a role in it's start up and focus on the current products, but I am not a majority owner.  The company has 22 employees who are all dedicated and focused on delivering a truly amazing best in class product.

The bitcoin community and it's success are important to me and my past isn't a threat to it or to the BFL corporation.  I hope you can see that.

Thanks for your time in reading this.

This is Jody's FB page: https://www.facebook.com/jody.pinchin. For a person who loves Bitcoin so much, why doesn't she accept it on her online presences or B&Ms?

Further, what is it with these people who own entities being so afraid to declare that they're part of it? In this case, Jody Pinchin is very much a part of BTC Pool Party, yet wants to come across as  somebody who just so happens to live on the same lagoon. Same true of Jeff Ownby's The Barn Presents.

The Pinchins (Jody, Tim and Dhugald) are exposed here: The Dubious Connections Behind The RevampedSource Gold Corp. (SRGL) Pump & Dump. It's this entity that's associated with BTC Pool Party that's connected to Sonny Vleisides' former associate John Landgraf.

"The acquisition of a Bitcoin Digital Currency Mining Corporation is an exciting development for Microelectronics Technology Co for several reasons," states company president Brett Everett. "With this acquisition the company is acquiring a new customer for the Dynamo Server division creating a vertical with significant growth potential at the same time entering into the dynamic Bitcoin arena with a business model that creates opportunity for entry level investors to participate in Bitcoin mining with limited financial exposure." The company expects to announce the completion of formal documentation by April 18, 2014.

Shortly after announcing the acquisition MELY announced via a press release dated April 9, 2014 that plans for a phase one 100 TH/s Mining Center had begun. MELY had initiated negotiations with Institutional Investment Funds for equipment acquisition financing. As stated in their PR from April 9, 2014;

"The Company is in negotiations for a NON-DILUTIVE credit facility of five million dollars for the acquisition and development of the digital currency mining center the company is developing through its Dynamo Server division."

MICROELECTRONICS RESULTS FROM THE BITCOINS CONFERENCE IN NEW YORK

May 13, 2015. Monarch Bay, California.

Microelectronics Technology Company (OTCPK: MELY) is pleased to report results after attending and exhibiting at the Bitcoins Conference in New York City.

BTC Pool Party, on behalf of Microelectronics Technology Company, was an active participant in the Bitcoins Conference in New York this past April 27th – 29th. Additionally, BTC Pool Party was a Sponsor for the Event and participated with an exhibit during the Conference.

The attendance for the 2015 conference was approximately 1,300 participants, individuals and companies representing all aspects of the Bitcoin community; this attendance number was similar to the conference held in 2014.  Majority of the conference participants stopped at the BTC Pool Party exhibit to learn more about the transparency of the pool, the technology on which it is based, and to learn how the Company is solidifying its position in the Bitcoin community.

Microelectronics increased its recognition throughout the participants of the conference and developed strong alliances with manufacturers and developers of the new chip technology.  The Company has entered into active communication with those manufacturers and developers invested in supplying the Company with an increase in mining production.

“The Company also pleased to be asked to assist in the advancement of ‘friends of the pool initiative’, where the goal is to create an alliance of companies working together to support and promote our industry”. Stated President Brett Everett. “This is a strategic time for Microelectronics and BTC Pool Party growth.”

The primary goal of BTC Pool Party was to attract other miners to the pool.  Many large miners as well as independent miners expressed interest in BTC Pool Party.  There is a significant list of potential miners interested in joining BTC Pool Party.  Several have been in communication with the Company to schedule testing of their specific miners on the pool.

The company continues to develop and improve the BTCPOOLPARTY mining pool with the introduction of more detailed stats of the mining operations available as the Company moves forward.

Okay, let's drop the cat and drone idea and go with something more practical:

Maybe a tad too much, but you get the idea: Simply ride around the neighborhood on a bike, sniffing along the way.

Somebody wiser than I can confirm or deny that the above reads similar to Sonny's Monte Carlo system that he, Nasser and Jeff Ownby were developing prior to all of a sudden being introduced to Bitcoin, thus giving BFL's first employee, the mystery Ninja Lady, a job doing assembling in step-Daddy-O's obsolete photo studio on Jefferson in KC where across the way a homeless vet begs for Bitcoins with his makeshift sign.

The following is sourced from Think and grow irresponsible, but I can't figured out who the counter-friend is, though I lean toward Doug Casey.

“It’s about taking individual responsibility for one’s actions,” said my friend John Landgraf, speaking of Laissez Faire City, a free market organization dedicated to fusing the ideas of Napoleon Hill (Think and Grow Rich) and Ayn Rand (Atlas Shrugged)–two authors who have positively influenced the lives of millions of people around the world.

“The moment we blame somebody else for our problems, we surrender our personal sovereignty and allow others to directly control our lives,” continued Mr. Landgraf. “It is all over after that point. We become victims instead of heroes. We forfeit our rights to happiness.”

CURRICULUM VITAE

JOHN W. LANDGRAF PH.D. – CHAIRMAN AND CEO MONTSEGUR INTERNATIONAL

Coming to banking from 25 years of experience, with a variety of financial, security and risk mitigation consultancy, Dr. John Landgraf commands networks in offshore financial centers in terms of personnel, financial mechanisms, official and unofficial government control systems. He is, perhaps, second to none in comprehensive tracing of funds internationally, piercing laundering and other forms of criminal and illegal use of global banking systems. His clients include private high profile individuals, international companies, government agencies both domestic and abroad, and some of the world’s largest international banks as well as some of the most exclusive offshore private banks. He has provided his confidential services solving difficult problems involving such banks as Citibank, UBS, Bank of Austria, Credit Lyonnais, Standard Chartered, American Express, Bank Leumi, Barclays, Lloyds, Royal Bank of Canada, Midland, and others.

Dr. Landgraf has come to appreciate how legitimate investments and investors suffer financially and psychologically from mental limitations and constraints inherent in most private banking. Often the focus of his work has been in emerging countries, some of which are totalitarian regimes in which legitimate and wealthy individuals and corporations outside the United State vie for a different, far more personal and demanding level of service in private banking. As the international financial world absorbs diverse and often asymmetrical elements both in terms of opportunity and threat, private banking is being redefined for all clients in ways that the current industry is often ill equipped to address.

The differentials that Dr. Landgraf elucidated in profiling these growing numbers of vying investors include (a) safer context of client funds working for profit without their own government intervention in profit making, and (b) a utilization of a CFO style of client asset management with a wider range of investments that have excellent ROI. If so chosen by the client, they also have the options to contribute to sustainable development while making, in turn, excellent financial gains for their private account. Dr. Landgraf carefully focused this perspective in its full duality by investing his time during 2000-2006 in closely studying available services, their inducements to investors, and their constraining frameworks.

Compare the above with the original: http://web.archive.org/web/20070302164917/http://www.nuwiki.com/cgi-bin/nuwiki.cgi?display=JOHN%20LANDGRAF,%20PH.D.

Dr. Landgraf is a chief architect for designing private banking under the new Colorado Foreign Depository Act, that the elite professionals with similar abilities cannot penetrate.

A lecturer in 20 countries worldwide, he is the former director of a Bahamian trust services company, and served as an executive officer in developing secure offshore Internet services platforms for international banking and offshore financial services in Costa Rica and the Bahamas, including Laisse Faire City.

Prior experience includes the director of I3: International Investigations and Intelligence and Director of Intelligence for SGC International in St. Petersburg, Russia, profiling criminal and terrorist threats and creating security solutions.

Prior experience includes south of the border security and research operations and recovery of stolen aircraft. Expertise includes electronic surveillance and counter-surveillance, investigations and intelligence gathering and analysis, bush pilot, covert operations, small weapons and tactical CQC, and creating and penetrating offshore structures and psychological operations.

Dr. Landgraf's undergraduate study began with criminology, political science, criminology and fine arts and graduate from Kent State University. He then graduating from the Orson Wells Film School with a degree in film production, and finally obtained his Doctorate in Philosophy with an Emphasis in Applied Psychology and International Relations.

Personal interests include martial arts (San Soo Kung Fu, Aikido, and Chen Taichi), Asian and medieval mysticism (including Zen, Chaun, and Vedanta, and medieval esoteric Christianity and Judaisim). In his spare time he plans to complete his electronic symphony and create a series of music videos on the mystical paths.

How is that Dr. John Landgraf had no issues with mentioning Sonny Vleisides' Laissez Fair City in 2007, but come and since the advent of Bitcoin mentioning such accolade is no longer relevant? Further, there's no longer any mention of his criminology background. Poof! All gone! Did John wake up one morning and felt like he no longer needed those feathers? I guess some feathers could be heavier than others. Surely, his heads big enough to don an average sized cap designed to hold a whole slew of feathers, some as large as those from peacocks.

FYI, http://www.erissociety.org belongs to Doug Casey seen in this Las Vegas video starting at the 43:05 mark as an expert witness: (JULY 10, 2009 ~ Free Market Capitalism on Trial) http://www.c-span.org/video/?287860-3/free-market-capitalism-trial

Similarly, we have what we regard as reliable information that MailVault was probably developed with coding assistance from NSA operatives who may have been involved in the demise of the Laissez Faire City project. In particular, in 1999, Michael van Notten traveled to Costa Rica for the International Society for Individual Liberty conference held there that year. He learned of MailVault and had then-LFC City Clerk "Jack Freeman" provide him with an account. We learned subsequently that Freeman was reading all of Michael's message traffic. At one point, Freeman replied to a message sent by Michael to yours truly. When confronted, Freeman admitted he had been reading the message traffic and asserted that if Michael wanted privacy he would have changed his password.

We have since been informed that "Jack Freeman" was an alias of Chris Eyerman or Christian Eyerman, a matter confirmed by several sources. We believe Eyerman was a close associate of John Landgraf, and for various reasons we believe Landgraf had close ties to government intelligence agencies. At a 2002 conference in Aspen, Landgraf made statements about these contacts and connections. Eyerman and Landgraf were co-chairs for the next session of that same conference in 2003.

Michael van Notten = The REAL Limón Project

Now, who is Jack Freeman? Only the Managing Director at Sonny Vleisides' Laissez Faire City International Trust, LFC's bank, is all: http://old.scriptmeridian.org/projects/scrolls/costarica.html

Laissez Faire City Headquarters, San Jose, Costa Rica. How about some more pictures of that boat? Having seen the real thing, the distant picture just does not do it justice. When do we get Marina Cam? Doesn't Seattle have Ricochet? How about Flying Cloud Cam live sailing footage from Puget Sound via Ricochet wireless internet? Some of us less fortunate land-locked souls could be given virtual absolution by a little live sailing footage on a classic yacht.

Chris Eyerman, a friend of some years, recently sent us a note on the report by the International Energy Agency showing that investment in the oil and gas industry topped $340 billion in 2005, a whopping year-over-year increase of 70%.

To be clear, the above was written by Doug Casey about Chris Eyerman aka Christian Eyerman aka Jack Freeman that managed the money of Sonny Vleisides' Galt's Gulch, not to be confused with Michael van Notten's Galt's Gulch, The REAL Limón Project, of which LFC's City Clerk, Jack Freeman (et al.) spied on, or of Doug Casey's Galt's Gulch, La Estancia de Cafayate in Salta, Argentina, of which Jeff Berwick of The Dollar Vigilante (TDV) champions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AHovLai1cMw, another in Chile, or any sea-based Galt's Gulch accessible via sailboats.

I have a hard time believing that some dude in New Zealand is named Joshua Slocumn, named his once-[visible]-used one-off email address [email protected], and registered with Registrant Organization: CHELA LIMITED.

Well, I got news for yous behind your luxury walls while I play the grotesque and incomprehensible Mr. So Isolated role.

This is a Slocum 43 sailboat:

Christian Eyerman owns it. How do I know he owns it? This: http://microship.com/flotilla/flotillians.html

My bad! I guess it's NOT just a sailboat. It's a yacht! I guess one could afford a yacht if they were the Managing Director at Sonny Vleisides' Laissez Faire City International Trust, LFC's bank, with membership dues at $6,000 USD per and nary an investor has been refunded their moneys to this very day. Don't believe me? Just ask Johann Gevers, the auditor of the Trust and member of this forum: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/introduction-johann-gevers-ceo-of-monetas-112492

Back to Joshua Slocum with an added "n": https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spray_(sailing_vessel). You think?

What can we glean from Registrant Organization: CHELA LIMITED? Please, Google, let there be WEED!

Safely assume that Kelly is Chris' wife and Shakahn Kukulcan is his...

https://www.linkedin.com/pub/shakahn-kukulcan/38/336/9a

Either that, or Shakahn is just hawkin' some sort of derma cream that's all the rage in getting a natural high.

Then again, it could just be derma cream considering his Linkedin connection count is 0 which would be off the chart if the product line consisted of some strand of M-Plant.

FAKE EDIT: Fuck me! It is derma cream. Just goes to show that you can't win 'em all.  Cry I had visions of Shakahn making M deliveries in NZ driving a fancy Jaguar, but I'll have to settle on him delivering derma cream with a dude named Jaguar behind the wheel of a delivery van: http://www.newzealandcorps.com/corp/157904.html

It blows my fuckin' mind that three active individuals on the Internet who know Sonny Vleisides and have held court with Doug Casey throughout the years not once has the word Bitcoin associated with their names on the Web up to the time of the creation of this post, yet are versed in other forms of digital currencies, the money markets, and espouse opening up and operating private banks since the advent of the Internet (if not earlier) up to the present day.
